Actually it feels more balanced. Besides, I think with the King of Braves, Great Mightgaine, SHIN GETTER, and even Z/Great Infinity plus even Dann that we already had enough Supers. Plus you factor in Dunbine with their absurdly high evasion and the already hard hitting Nu Gundam, Sazabi plus ZZ (all with their signature attacks having Barrier Piercing btw) for a really varied roster.
I find it funny that God Gundam is basically a Super robot in a Real robot anime.

Probably one of the strongest but for me is between turn A and Unicorn, Turn A because can destroy the world and Unicorn because of the Time travel.

I mean for the budget they had to work with, it still is pretty good.
