I decided to make my own calamari. I thawed a frozen block of it in my fridge, I then started cleaning them. It takes a while. I spent 1 hour 45 minutes cleaning and cooking. My son came in and ate almost all of it in 5 minutes. “Mom! That’s great! Can you make more?” No.
I didn't eat big squids cause i don't like the texture of it but just by watching this kind of dish i felt like wanna taste it. I hope i could use and make this dish as my recipe when we will do a cooking lab in our school. The looks too tasty.

In a joke term it translates " to be taken a picture" while, In formal term " pako means wings and dakan means baby flower or leaves or tops(udlot)" . Just sharing. Have a nice day.
