We went there. This hotel was so dirty and disgusting. There’s a reason why it’s a 2-3 stars hotel!
Its terrible. I'd never stay here again.
Did you all really enjoy it. Out side of the store which I want to check out, how was your room. Did you get a motel feel. Was your room really clean or just ok. I've booked a room for December when my son and I will be up for a night to ride one of the Christmas trains but the reviews scared me a bit. I booked another room as back up but the lobby looks so cool here. My son and I are both big fans and I really wanted to surprise him. Did you all have a microwave and fridge. Sorry for all the questions, over planner Mom here🤦🏾♀️🤣
We had a great experience in this hotel. Kids had so much fun. In our case room was extremely clean, nothing bad I can’t say about hotel, room or stuff. Great service. Plenty fun to do for kids but I’m not sure how is your experience going to be in December, because we stayed in summer time. As listed on website rooms are equipped with Mini Fridge and
Keurig Coffeemaker . We didn’t had no microwave. I would definitely recommend. It was a great family experience. Hope you will enjoy 💕
@@zlatushatv with all respect I can't imagine u actually mean what u said. We just came back from here and had the most terrible experience. U stayed a while ago so maybe it's gone down hill since but the employees literally told us that the room service people aren't reliable. We didn't get one thing we asked for with out getting it ourselves. Including sheets on the beds for the kids. They had no blankets for them. No Kurgig machine and when we called and asked for one they at first said no rooms have them. Even tho we had cups for it in our room. We waited three hours and they still didn't bring us one. No towels were brought to us either which we had none upon arrival. The room was dirty and i seriously do not believe anyone cleaned it before we stayed there. Poop on the tub. Boogers on the walls. Dead bugs on the walls. We have photos of all this.
The kids were banging on our door thru out our stay. The room service people never brought us anything we asked for. Which as I said were things that should have already been there. We came back from the pool wet and as u know u have to walk from outside which it was cold during our stay and had to wait for towels to even shower. No blankets to use for the kids to stay warm.
They didn't even have towels by the pool so our three kids had to stay wet for a longggggg time after the pool. The pool was crazy and the emplyee watching over the pool let the kids run Crazy. We have three boys and never once have our boys acted like what we seen. And they are wild. So this was truly a shock.
We stay at places all the time and this was terrible.
They bought a one star motel and tried to turn it into something they can charge outrages amounts a night and it isn't working.
This place will close soon. The reviews on Google all say the same complaints we have.
