One thing you can do to avoid having to wrestle with the door when cutting it out, is to cut the top line first, weld on your hinges, then cut the other three sides of the door. That way when it breaks loose, it’s already attached by the hinges and perfectly aligned.

Looks really good man. Great job ! I’m getting ready to build my own as well, Is there anyway you can give me the dimensions on what steel you used for everything. I currently have the tank and pipe that I’m going to use as the stack. Just unsure about how thick I need to go with everything else
Area of a spherical prism x 7.?? That does not look like 180 . I'm building a rectangular 180. It's 2feet x 2feet by six feet. That's roughly 180 and does not include the burn box. Did I make a mistake?

I used a online tank capacity calculator. It’s 5 feet long 2 1/2 feet wide and 180 gallons is what I came up with
