- Hey everyone! I'm starting my new RUclips channel with the goal to share my journey to threepeat at the 2024 Olympics. I also want to share my knowledge of strength training, track and field, and the outdoors.
Let me know in the comments what you would like to see more of.
(Sorry I have no video editing experience and I am learning as I go) Спорт
Hey, I’d love to see some “A day in my life” type of videos from you. I feel like many people would learn and hopefully get motivated by seeing what you do in a day! Especially now that you are preparing for the 2024 olympics😁

@@RyanCrouser23 sounds great!
A video on your future goals in and around throwing. It seems like you are transitioning to share more of your knowledge with the community since you’ve broken the world record. Congrats on that BTW.
🔥🔥🔥
oh shit, never thought I'd see the day. we should probably do a collab, eh?
whats up CHAMPION!! things that would help highschool throwers advance also transitioning to the 16lb and 2k, Daily vlogs, videos outside of throwing like your everyday life and what it takes to be a professional thrower (Can we please get discus comp or practice im begging😂)
Ryan please upload some videos on strength training and explosive power
Love from india
Tips on explosive power
I would love to see if you have a training journal that you use to keep track of your practices
That's a good one, I will definitely do that!
Hey Ryan, specific question, I noticed your Bench Press post, when you were were reading 400 for measured speed reps, what is the determining factor of when to perform those reps as opposed to higher weight for less reps. When do you perform these reps, in your training cycle? And of course all the Bass fishing tips you can pass along..... keep training Wisely, you are a great example for all the people out their, thanks for sharing your life with others!
So the short answer is usually I’m working on speed In the 70% or less of 1rm range on weight and working on max speed so usually 2 or 3 reps is when I hit peak speed. I usually implement this after a strength block when I feel like my top end strength numbers are there but the functionality/speed has not caught up yet. Speed training also has benefits In terms of injury prevention, which is another reason to do it even if an athlete doesn’t respond especially well to it. That’s the short answer hopefully I’ll do a longer answer in a full speed training video.
@@RyanCrouser23 thanks, Ryan!
Now I am 100kg bench press in age 13 sir
Please teach the reverse step while throwing. Reverse is the hardest step.
Hi champion 🏆 how are you 😁????
1000s subscriber
I appreciate the support!! Thank you!!
Will like to know in practice best throw you ever had...beyond world record?
How about kovacks and walsh, any best throws from them?
Ur my inspiration my goal play with you in Olympic games but age is 13 7.25 kg shot now still 9meters 14meters to go❤️ur are the best thrower in the world u tell some tips to rotational shot easily sir thank you
Wishing you far throws! I will post some throwing tips soon!
@@RyanCrouser23 thank you so much brother
Hii bro
Can’t go wrong with some bass fishing or a day in the life
I’d love to see some unconventional throws, ultra heavy weight or light weight and different styles. All of the shot put videos that are intended to be watched by non throwers always say that the shot is as heavy as a bowling ball, so maybe throw a bowling ball, but probably need a Rodhe* Glove for that
Bowling ball throw would be interesting!
Rodhe gloves are the way to go
Sir does height really matters in shot put 🙄
How far can 5"9' thrower can go in shot put naturally
Please reply sir please big fan🙏🙏
Love from India ❤️
My dad was a thrower. He’s 5’9 and threw 63 ft ☺️
@@sarahr4204 thanks bro
