He uplifted Bayern back to Glory. I am from there and I can tell you, we lost touch to what modern world class football is until Pep came. We had the talent, but his work took us to another level. He might need that kind of talent to play the way his teams do. But he also has the mind for that. If you would put him on a lower class team, it wouldn‘t work. And a manager of a lower class team couldn‘ t forge that kind of beautiful play with that ManCity- Team or Bayern and Barca before. Give him his respect and don‘ t water his work down.
