Ive fished for Wels Catfish in the the River Ebro in Spain. I caught the smallest in our group at 121lb, When we pulled it into the boat it coughed up another catfish it had eaten that weighed 12lb!
A specimen pike in the UK is over 20lb, not 30lbs. Ask any pike angler and that's the answer you'll get. Fish over 30lb aren't common and considered exceptional captures. I've caught nearly 250 pike over 20lbs in the UK, but 'only' 14 fish over 30lb, my best was 38lbs from the trout reservoir in Staffordshire. Great video by the way.
