    CAUTION! Please start with basic TRX Core exercises then move to the Intermediate TRX Core Workout, THEN you should do this workout!
    Again we are working ALL 3 plains of motion in this workout in order to get your core SUPER strong to help you climb better!

    TRX Mountain Climbers
    TRX Side Plank with Rotation left & right
    TRX Around the World
    40 seconds of work
    20 seconds of rest

    I am curious how you would session this workout and the "TRX workout for climbers - Advanced" you previously posted over a week? Would 2x per week of the core workout and 2x per week of the full body workout be overkill? Thank you in advance. Dig your channel. It's so informative and detailed.

      Justin Henning great question! For general conditioning that would be a great plan. If you are climbing multiple days of the week I would stick to two times per week with one time being core and the other total body. Hope this helps and that’s for checking us out!
