- Hi I will be building and sharing to you how I work a Two Storey Modern House with Two Balconies through Planner 5D only.Build and plan the First Floor first,add garage and porch then add another floor again as the second floor of the house.Remember to copy the rooms at the first floor to second floor, plan it then add it's balconies after.Always use the box for adding details too.I suggest you to make it all in white first so that you have more time to think what will be the design and color of the house.The interior of the house will be up to you how you'll design yours this will just serve as a sample and tutorial to you on how to build this kind of house design.Im hoping you'll try it too to your projects in Planner 5D.

Just tap the no. at the top right side of ur screen...See at 1:54...

Hi sana po ma notice niyo 'tong comment ko. I'm a new subcriber po. I'm using planner 5D for a month na po and I really enjoyed making house designs with the app mostly po bungalow lang. Hindi ko po kasi alam mag second floor kasi pag mag add ako ng pangalawang floor may sobrang laking space kahit i adjust ko yung height nya. Pa help naman po oh (๑•́ ₃ •̀๑) please! Just remember lang po all the rooms na nailagay ay adjusted lahat ng heights...dun din po ako nagtaka nung una...Salamat😊
i tried to use planner 5d today and my house looks horrible haha. hindi ako marunong gumamit ng app natp need kopa ng tutorials hehe kahit sa hagdan hirap ako. need ko tlga ng may magtuturo
Praktis lng yan... sa umpisa mahirap talaga...pero pag napagtiyagaan magiging madali na yan🥰
