Nice batcave concept, but is it practical ?
What about the ventilation! People staying there would suffocate like hell, only two windows near the front door won’t do the entire job.
Secondly what about the natural light! Due to lack of natural ventilation & light we’ll have to use more air conditioner & light bulbs every time, People staying there would have hard time spending on the electricity bills unless you have your personal source of solar energy.
Third & the most important.. what about the drainage! The rain water will get accumulated inside & will bring the eroded soil with water. And what if the house gets flooded!
🙌🏻 I appreciate your work but I’m only being practical.
Just a suggestion & request, please make another project like this with the house built on a slope and it’s partially submerged into the ground with underground parking.

For a one who tries to learn this application , doesnt mean a lot this video because its so fast forwarded and theres no tips or explanation. Once i learn its tricks i can do that as well but anyway that doesnt help- Obvious though your very goot at it
I totally understand! And that is also why it's called speedbuild. It's actually not a tutorial. It's just a video showcasing the things that are possible for this app. 😁 Not beginner friendly at all. But I have few tutorial videos in my channel too.

Just select the specific wall by clicking on it and then the tool icon, you should be able to customize it like that 😁

how to save the project in phone??😊
I'm not sure if you can do that directly on the app. But when you open the project link, I guess it will open the project on phone or browser. You can copy it and then it'll be available for you to edit.
The latest version synchronizes the project between phone and the cloud. When you have no internet connection, you can still edit or view the project. When you go online again, the app will warn you about conflicting versions between the cloud's and the phone's. You have the option to use the cloud version or the phone version. And there's the third option to use the phone version but make a copy of the cloud version too.

True! But I've seen a house like this online and what they did was they created a very good drainage system on the groud above and patio below. 😅 And I guess this isn't really applicable here in the Philippines 😅

Hi, Michelle! Have you purchased an HD snapshot pack on Planner 5D? If not then that's the problem. If yes, then make sure your device is connected to the internet when rendering on cloud. Hope this helps! :)
