Also as someone who’s a bit health/wellness obsessed, I highly recommend NOT consuming any processed sugars because library/online research proves that any processed foods/non-natural sugar products weaken your immune system. Natural/organic, vegetarian/vegan, NON-GMO, plant-based products like fruits, vegetables, oats/grains, chewy granola bars, fruit smoothies, vegan protein shakes, protein bars, sugar-free vegan products, etc. are all things that can/will keep u healthy & energized so u won’t get too low on energy, fatigued or dizzy. You have to take every precaution because you’re still in your early-mid 20’s & that’s too young for u to be having any serious health problems. I’m informing u of these health/wellness tips because maybe u never considered doing these things. So out of care/respect for u, I thought u should know because it’s very important. REALTALK 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽😇😇😇

Hope you do better though. I am nurse w/ DNP and family NP cert about to get psych certified. I like watching your vids because it reminds me of me when I was younger six years ago full of aspirations. Take it easy. I would advise not do any gym or any activities that exert yourself. Also, as for someone who has worked in the ER in the past, the ER can also aggravate your heart d/t the fast pace environment. I suggest to ask your manager if they can put you less paced ER like triage or front desk to get pts admit until your cardiologist figures out what is going on. Also, I support your decision in regards to PA school. I will be praying for you. Be blessed.

Stress and anxiety can mimic heart attack like symptoms. I’m sure you’re aware of that already. Hopefully it’s nothing serious. I’ve had anxiety attacks that felt like heart attack’s and have ended up in the ER with negative results as well. Also have been to cardiologists and was told that I was clear there too. I’m 29, but was around your age (25 or so) when I started getting these stress/anxiety attacks. Best wishes for your health man, hang in there! Slow down a little bit and let God lead you to better health!

Dude, that's crazy! Get better bro! I have a question, it probably sounds stupid for me to say but I'm 22yrs old and I'm a sophomore in community college as RN major, do you think reading gets you a higher I.Q./test scores? Increase intelligence? Did reading, on your spare time, help you get through nursing school? I would like to hear from you. Its amazing to the motivation from someone who's been there and done that. I'm saying this cuz I personally I have family members that told me I wasn't "college material" I believe I am. So I began reading every night trying to increase my intelligence, do you think that's the right step? What's your advice?

Could be overworking yourself which can place a lot of pressure on the body that you do not realize. Also could be a genetic heart condition. Cardiologist might do an echo or a stress test to see how your heart is working. Could be a valve issue. Overall, hopefully all goes well. We need good people like you out there

Kaynen Brown, BSN, RN I was thinking perhaps anxiety about a big lift or having to rush your workout, or even some trigger in the gym? This could be compounded with other things going on, like a calorie deficit/dehydration, etc perhaps. I’ve felt really dizzy in some of the above situations before. Just a thought

Hey kaynen I hope you’re feeling well I’ve been following you on Instagram. I had very similar symptoms two years ago and it was pericarditis. They never found the cause of it. No bacteria nor viral infection. I know you are fasting and I think that fasting is also affecting these symptoms maybe ? Anyways hope you get better and get answers in your upcoming appointment.

Have you had an MRI? Any issues with a mass or anything pushing on nerves to trigger the syncope? Vagus nerve in particular? 🤷‍♂️ Since all other work up is clear that could be a possibility. Or anxiety. But hopefully perhaps an Echo can be done!

I sincerely/respectfully encourage u as the registered/certified ER Nurse ( healthcare provider) that u are to humble yourself enough to invest a few hours a day (2-4hrs) out of your free time to go shopping at either (Farmer’s Market, Vitamin Shoppe, Trader Joe’s, or Whole Foods Market) either by yourself or with people u trust who are serious health/wellness experts, so you don’t get lightheaded again. We are what we eat/consume and again, “Health is the new wealth!” I wish you all the best Kaynen!🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏽‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️🏋🏽‍♂️💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽😁😁😁

I highly recommend you consume healthy natural/organic products (Vegetarian/Vegan, Non-GMO, plant-based products, grass-fed/farm-raised meats, organic foods/beverages,etc.) that are high in iron, zinc, potassium, natural/organic energy-based products that are high in vitamins, minerals & nutrients that you don’t typically get from what u normally eat on a daily. I genuinely recommend this because as a healthcare provider, all the patients you care for, your closest friends, family, fellow coworkers, significant other(s) need u super healthy, able-bodied & at the top of your game. Health, fitness, overall wellness & a squeaky clean high protein diet is the new wealth, not how much money you make.....💆🏽‍♂️💆🏽‍♂️💆🏽‍♂️

Also, something else I just thought of is years ago I used to work out, I took creatine pills, and I would have crazy dizzy spells. Like everything in my field of view would be turning clockwise in circles.Happened while I was driving to go work out, had to pull over, craziest thing ever lol.... I quit the pills and I was fine, so something to think about maybe also if you are taking any supplements.

Is it fair to say people who go into nursing school are prepared to get accidental shots by HIV? I know people are afraid of getting into that scenario but it's possible with some crazy pscyho patients. That mentality I think has to be prepared early on
