I really like using the yeast and sugar mix along with homemade calcium acetate and banana tea.Seems to work really well.

Sea weed is another great fertilizer witn a lot of microorganisms. Just get the salt from it and then add water and let it rest for a few days.
The longer the better. I let it for one year, the thing is that the longer it stays, the more you have to dilute
