Thanks for watching my every day vlogs . Please remember that this channel is an open door and if the content is not up to your standard please move on. I will never apologize for spending time with my family. Fact
There is no need to apologize for spending time with your family. Life is short and you have to make the most of every opportunity. Besides, your sister and your parents are *very* cool!
And you never should apologize ever. Thanks Adam, I've lost both my parents, your lucky to have yours so enjoy them as much as you can. I'm around the same age as your parents, so ignore people who don't understand, ridiculous . Got my WOO FIX for the day whoop!!!!!!!!!😀😀😀
I am Adam's parents age and I know I treasure the time with my grown children and grandchildren. They are all local to me but soon one couple will be moving to be stationed some where in the Air Force. I sure will miss them.
Happy Friday everyone! Woovians! Cool museum. Jail cell reminds me of the one in Astoria, Oregon. I miss Marsh groceries. My family used to shop there.
I love your videos, Adam! I just watched tdw1804 and I wanted you to know that the biggest egg in the world is actually in a little town named Winlock, WA. They celebrate with an Egg Day Festival too. You'll have to come up to WA and see all of our oddities and cool things! :)
Great to see you spend time with your family! Keep getting out there and keep active and experiencing life. I have already spent too many days in front of Tivo. Thanks for your daily vlogs!
Our kids actually did this to the wife and I a few years ago. We'd gone to a local amusement park, and had pre-arranged that the middle kid (20 at the time) would drive home so we could indulge in some adult beverages during our stay. As we headed out the parking lot, my wife jokingly started "poking" me, I made the stereotypical complaint, and right on cue our kid shouted over his shoulder, "Don't make me pull this car over!!!" :-)
MrJest2: FUNNY!! LOL!!! when me and my brother was kids, our Dad would always say, "you guys settle down back there!" or "Don't make me pull this car over!!!" A classic situation and lingo, from my own childhood:)
mine, too....and,"stop effing with yer brother! stop it!!! ANDhe would wail like i was stabbing him or something to make it alot worse! (mom was a bartender....) i edited what she reallyyyyy said.------+
Hello from Carmel, Indiana! So glad to get to see some "Hoosier-time"! I LOVE to see your family and commend you for standing your ground in defense of your strong family values. You obviously share a deep love for your family and it is refreshing to see that love openly displayed. You are an awesome role model and a credit to your parents. ❤️
Awesome video, Adam. I live in Kosciusko (kah-cee-us-ko) county and there is a lot of pretty cool things this way. Dillinger left his mark on a lot of places and my great grandparents had plenty of stories of him and his gang in the area.
Hi Adam, I'm so happy you made it to Warsaw. I just started a new job there and love the town, so far (I actually live in Columbia City). But, I just saw Newsies, at the Wagon Wheel, last night and it was fantastic. I agree with your review. The cast is top notch and it's amazing what they can do in that small amount of space. Last year they performed Beauty and the Beast and they've also performed Mary Poppins and the Little Mermaid, as well. I love your Vlog and keep up the excellent work you do. ~~ Kim
Don't ever apologize for being right, Adam! You are so blessed to be able to get together with your family for these interesting side trips into off-the-beaten-path America! I am glad there is still a big interest in preserving our nation's past. And speaking of those bad guys of the 1920's and 30's I remember my maternal grandfather telling me about the time the Irish American gangster "Legs" Diamond from Philadelphia was passing through southern New Jersey on his way down the shore and how people were standing on either side of a highway to watch his car as it passed. Someone ended up shooting out the lights on a bakery sign. "Legs" Diamond was said to have many enemies in his lifetime, but, I guess this attempt to get him backfired due to someone's poor aim!
Rapidly approaching 5 years of daily vlogging, Adam deserves to visit with his family once in awhile. Joking is one thing, being an a-hole is another. These videos entertain and if they don't entertain you, perhaps you can find another channel.
You should consider coming to come to Wakarusa and Nappanee Indiana! It is close to the area that you were in, and the towns are very interesting with much history😉
Was wondering if you'd consider returning to Santa's Village in California now that it has reopened and is no longer abandoned. Be one of the few places you can say you were there when it was left to rot and brought back to life.
your family is so precious and funny. it makes our hearts so happy to see you connecting with them! family vlogs are amazing. don't ever listen to someone not encouraging you to do so.
Well I see the trolls are out early. I know this will fall on deaf ears, but as my parents always said if you can't say anything nice keep mouth shut. Nice vlog Adam have a good weekend with the family. Safe travels.
Newsies is a very underrated movie... it was also Disney's last musical. I know how hard it is to get rights for performances. That was part of my job when i was involved in Community theatre. People always asking why don't we do this show or that.... because they don't understand the process I dealt a lot with Samuel French and Dramatists play service the two biggest holders of play rights.... a normal play like say Arsenic and Old Lace, is easy to get rights for, and the fees aren't that much.... but for a musical it can be harder. First, if a Broadway touring company is performing the same musical with 200 miles they can cancel your rights... AFTER you have paid all the fees and rentals for scores and scripts, and you just... loose the money. Like you've planned out to do King and I and you have the rights.... but if say a National touring company decides to do King and I at the same time..... the local group looses....so yeah..... rights are not the easiest thing to deal with. Disney never gives rights to small towns, so Adam, you WERE indeed lucky..... it's also almost impossible to get the rights to Rocky Horror.... another theatre colleague and i tried for five years to get the rights.... we finally gave up. Anywoo...... GREAT VLOG!!!! I just LOVE your family!!!!
LadyDragonsblood Thank you for posting this information. I was married to a theater fan and singer, from a very small town, who explained these rules to me years ago. After seeing your comments, I want to write that you did a much better job of explaining this issue than I could have.
"it's also almost impossible to get the rights to Rocky Horror" Interesting; now that you mention it I must admit I've only seen it promoted once around here in all these years. That makes me even happier I got to see it, a local "community" level production a few years ago. They did a good job!!
MrJest2 Yes, after I left Arkansas and my theatre to move to Germany in 2002, they finally got the rights in 2006 I think..... but then... after all that.... the Arts Council Board decided it was "not appropriate" for standards. That would have NEVER happened back when I first started in theatre in 1992. Some plays and musicals are simply more difficult to get. Recently however, my little theatre company did the WORLD PREMIER of a play.... the first EVER to perform it.... so in many ways our little company grew up. I miss it so very much.
The *best* part about Adam's videos is when he visits these small town "museums". Places that I would probably never visit, or even hear of otherwise. Thanks Woo! Keep on Rockin'!
You have a very adorable family. The fact that they seem to be so into what you do for a living is wonderful and they made me smile quite often in this video. For people who do not have such a wonderful family structure, it is refreshing to see you with yours. I do not comment often, but I saw your top pinned comment and wanted to share this with you.
its beautiful that you guys are close even living apart as you all do. im a truck driver gone 5 to 6 days a week, i miss my wife and 2 kids everyday so family is a big thing not to ever be ashamed of. which i know your not.
Adam, there will always be sour grapes. You and your family are beautiful and MOST of us enjoy your travels. Stay true to your heart and thanks for letting us share.
The graphopone was and "improved version of the phonograph" eventually produced by Columbia phonograph co which later became Columbia records. The machine on the right is an Edison cylinder player, I cannot tell the model. Not sure what the model of the upright machine in the corner was, I looks like a Silvertone ( made by Sears) .

GOOD OL BOYs in Kosciusko County Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine was sentenced , May 23, in Kosciusko County Circuit Court. Rovenstine pled guilty to intimidation, a level 6 felony. He was sentenced to one year, which was suspended. The remaining nine charges, also felonies, were dismissed pursuant to the plea agreement. I bet that wasn't in the Museum hahahaha,
I am happy to see you with your family and that they still take an active part in your life and in doing what you love. Would be great to see you down in Frankenmuth MI sometime!
"There's more than corn in Indiana..." My mom used to drag me to Indiana beach every year as a kid. That's where us po folk went to for fun and excitement. LOL
Hey, you're following me around! Our Supper Club just took the same route through Mentone to dine at the Boathouse Restaurant at Winona Lake, just on the edge of Warsaw! I live in Logansport, and have been to France Park many times, too. The lake there was formed when the ceiling of an underground river collapsed and the next day the gravel pit workers came in to find the pit flooded.
ADAM!! I'm in Anderson my dad had some medical issues and this is the first time in 5 weeks that I've seen you! man I missed your sweet face and your comic demeanor
Never apologize! It's incredible that you've been making this every day for almost five years. I'd love to see some of these whiners do that and come up with stuff that would please everyone every day. Enjoy your family. They are what matters.

The outside of that jail makes me think of Shawshank... "Get busy livin', or get busy dyin'. That's darn right."
Adventures by George i'm not far from where that was filmed parts of it anyways
Fat bitch
Adam,
Enjoy your family as long and as often as you can. I'm probably older than both your mom and dad. I have outlived most of my family.
