- Finally got the DME back from Femto! In this video, we get some stock Dragy times and then flash the stage 1 Bootmod3 tune. Then compare the before and after Dragy times. Traction is already an issue so we will need to tackle that ASAP.

I really hope this car is faster than this....I have a 2024 that is in production as we speak but my stock Genesis GV70 suv with a just a JB4 on it is already running 4.4 second 0-60s on 93 octane and it probably has a good 700 pounds on this car. I'm hoping the issue is with your launch. Are you using any traction control? If your not maybe try a small amount of it?

what DA value was when you did the test with dragy? Both measurements were comparable in terms of DA levels? I'd expect 60-130 much better for S58 on stage 1. I'd say its kinda slow however DA levels could have huge impact on the results.
ou ran a high 11 sec 1/4 mile with a so so 0-60 of 4.2 seconds. You should be able to get at least a 3.6 will a good launch. That means with the right conditions you are running a low 11 sec 1/4 mile! Thats pretty damn good considering it's just a stock stage 1 on 91 octane! Poor traction is your enemy from here on out. I would start considering a wider back tire, maybe 305s? Very much looking forward to your next vid!
Yeah that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Just need to wait for the new wheels and then I’ll put on some 305s

I'm looking to replace my tuned Subaru STi with a manual M2. But all we need to tune is the Accessport and a pro-tuner on the dyno.
However, BMW has to ship off their ECU every single time? Doesn't that make it extremely difficult fine-tune it to your liking together if you have to keep shipping it off?
You only need to send it out once to be unlocked. Once it’s unlocked you can tune it all you want

NT555R2 (305) will put the power down. Run the same setup on my F80 600whp/600wtq. Good luck :)

I’m not sure. I’ll probably dyno once I’m stage 2. It feels faster than my M3 comp that’s for sure.
Did you request custom rom? Could have sworn at 6:23 the bm3 interface says custom rom not detected?

@@5WTech great questions man! So I worked with a shop and they emailed me over a shipping label because they are two hours away. I dropped off the package and then it came back two weeks later to my address.
(You can’t watch my last video for more info on that)
And yeah man it takes less than 15 seconds total to flash through the Wi-Fi dongle. It’s wild!

Only downside is that they aren’t forged. They are cast. Pretty heavy
