Thanks to you and Li for inviting us to your table this rainy day. Your mutual enthusiasm for sharing new types of foods is infectious as well as charming. It is appreciated that you both obviously spent a lot of time researching the ingredients and cooking techniques before you started this well- presented video. As a non-vegan, I was impressed by the variety and heartiness of vegan dishes to which you introduced us. I never imagined such as type of food as those three slabs of multi-colored tofu (I mean curd) : they look like a slice of neopolitan ice cream at first. It's a shame we can't easily find such cuisines here in my hometown, even though Seattle is well- endowed with many types of Asian cuisine restaurants. Thanks for the great virtual lunch and education and for demonstrating your beautiful writing skills.

It was out of the blue in a right-corner. I LOVE those deep fried ones! I get them at the local night market, out in Mae-Wang. They come with a little bag of magic sauce. Impossible to walk around with and eat, you have to bring them home of find a seat. (guess we could bring bowls like you smarties did to Mai Hai market!)

Thanks to you and Li for inviting us to your table this rainy day. Your mutual enthusiasm for sharing new types of foods is infectious as well as charming. It is appreciated that you both obviously spent a lot of time researching the ingredients and cooking techniques before you started this well- presented video. As a non-vegan, I was impressed by the variety and heartiness of vegan dishes to which you introduced us. I never imagined such as type of food as those three slabs of multi-colored tofu (I mean curd) : they look like a slice of neopolitan ice cream at first. It's a shame we can't easily find such cuisines here in my hometown, even though Seattle is well- endowed with many types of Asian cuisine restaurants. Thanks for the great virtual lunch and education and for demonstrating your beautiful writing skills.

It was out of the blue in a right-corner. But the helmet saved my life for sure. *People, please wear helmets if you are on a bicycle or motorbike kind of device.* Some abrasions, 2 broken ribs, and a major headache. “I like this, don’t secretly to try to make me taste others” - Li. I’m cracking up 😂 😂😂. The first thing I thought when Hayden showed up is “the punk!!!” Said in Li’s voice 🤣. I would love to try that coconut shake and the tea leaf salad. Some of the different starch dishes reminded me of yogurt by the looks of them, but I’m guessing not even remotely similar.

Yea these might be simple in terms of ingredients but wow, the flavors are very complex - extreme complexity in fact. The subtlety in the sourness and earthiness to those salads, it’s a MASTERPIECE of flavor actually ❤️

I LOVE those deep fried ones! I get them at the local night market, out in Mae-Wang. They come with a little bag of magic sauce. Impossible to walk around with and eat, you have to bring them home of find a seat. (guess we could bring bowls like you smarties did to Mai Hai market!)

So if u have one world wide comparison IE vegan to match meat . Then if u sell it at e bay.. my prediction is that u will do cycle adventure for eternity.. 🤭

A lot of Burmese live in the SF Bay Area. I am sure you can easily find a Burmese restaurant that serves pickled tea leaves salad.
