Guitar: 2019 Pavel Gavryushov CD/AR (tinyurl.com/sw...)
Here's Mateusz Kowalski performing Ástor Piazzolla's "Invierno Porteño" on a 2019 Pavel Gavryushov classical guitar made with cedar for the soundboard and African rosewood for the back and sides. Recorded at the Guitar Salon International showroom in Santa Monica, CA.
Huge thanks to the folks at Apogee Electronics (ApogeeDigital.com) for the use of their Ensemble interface in these recordings.

A very fluent player! People say “Talented “, I don’t believe in talent - I believe in hours and hours of hard work.
Perhaps talent is required to make those hours and hours of hard work really count!
Agree - the talent for hard work
@@komm11 As one famous guitarist said: “ After 13 hours of daily practice, people call me talented”.
There's people that put a lot of effort in practicing and still don't get the same results, talent is a very important factor, which gets better combined with discipline.
Talent
Passion
And naturally hard work(practice)
For some people music is something near impossible and for some it is fairly achievable
Never heard of him before, but clearly he is one of the technically most accomplished guitarists out there. This channel is the best thing on youtube.
Argentinian music, Polish artist and Russian guitar - it's a blast!!! Magnificently!!!
this is by far the best rendition of this piece on a classical guitar I have ever heard, bravo. great sounding guitar.
Amin Aramoon Zoran Dukic ...this is the second best !
Listen to Stephanie Jones!
@@alexisrivera6238 ...yeah, gotta say...Love Steph Jones' interpretation...play it close to her version...esp the "movido" bits...also Xavier Jara....
Am I the only one who was dying to hear more of the 3:57 - 4:19 part? I wanted a repeat or two in there with that same beat.
Either way though - excellent piece and masterfully played. Bravo!
Beautiful! Makes me want to hear more. God has truly gifted you. Thank you Mateusz Kowalski.
Amazing guitarist, one of the best...
One of the best performances I've seen so far.
Happy to see new real musician in modern guitar world. Wishing you great success, Mateusz!
Mateusz jesteś niesamowity. Dziękuję
Fabuleux… de loin la meilleure interprétation de cette pièce ….son jeu de guitare est d’essence divine….
this guy, make me want to practice more and more

Phenomenal! Piazzolla's Seasons (as performed by Piazzolla) were a favourite of mine when I was younger. I am astounded at how well you have translated both the harshness and warmth of this piece; you play with a tenderness that is unmatched by the majority of concert guitarists I see on here.
Your interpretation of the primavera is equally enviable, though to my ears you play a little too gently at times when compared to the ruthless sound of the bandoneon. It always struck me as a dirty street dance of a tango, but then again, this is why we have the scope of interpretation.
Magical playing. Truly incredible.
Great comment as U say scope of interpretation the older we get and more experience good and bad will change . I find this a magnificent version. I need too study more about the Luther also I think Roland dyens had tried them too
Heavenly oiece, heavenly playing, heavenly player.
Excellent play! Great sound. Just perfect! 👍😊
Doskonała muzyka, fenomenalny Artysta, znakomita gitara!!! Brawo👏👏👏

Magistral.
Maravilloso!
I just realized I saw him perform in San Antonio 2009
Найкраще виконання!
Ahh that famous F chord at the end
I recognize this man as a world class guitarist. All due respect though, this doesn’t come close to Zoran Dukic’s interpretation
IT WAS NOT A GOOD MELODIC MUSIC BUT I APPRECIATE YOU TECHNIC, NUANCES, AND YOUR PERFORMANCE.....GOOD JOB...I WISH YOU HEALTH AND MUCH MORE SUCCESS...!
what...it's a MAGNIFICENT SONG, a wonderful melody and hamorny.
5:20 i like that part

Sorry.
K.bobo sos sorry
Yo sentí lo mismo, le falta expresión.
