I think there are beautiful people all around the world
I remember 1991 ATL DCTALK concert and meeting Micheal. I remember the NEWSBOYS then, and meeting Peter, Phil, Duncan and Jody and the others for a mutual friend about an album. I worked with other Christian bands. But I had never heard the sound of both these bands before like that. It was ground-breaking for the industry and ministries.. Before them was Petra, Carman and Amy who sort of broke the ice in the scene to expand the genre. I believe Micheal was misunderstood for a long time. Really good Man!

@Aaron Pauwels your prayers are in vain. I am forever lost and godless I'm afraid :) something good as far as I'm concerned but I know the christian narrative and why you might think I'm in need of salvation. been there done that.
@Aaron Pauwels I care more about the truth than about being happy. that's the main difference between us. the truth is often times, cold and impersonal. not filled with hope. hope is nice but it's usually an illusion. makes you feel good for a while but that's it. I stopped placing my hope in imaginary heavens and saviors. I live the here and the now. if you need these psychological crutches by all means, do you. but don't impose them on others. it gets tiresome after a while for people that stopped believing to keep hearing the same narrative from ongoing believers. we get it. you think we are lost and you are saved. agree to disagree.

Not just technical issues (Tait telling the sound man to "pay attention"), the guitarist was off several times. Duncan screwed up the opening of He Reigns. The vocals were off. Not their finest hour.
