Zoe, 您好!謝謝分享!讚成避免進食高糖和精製加工食物,應多進食奧米加三食物,但對堅果類亦不宜過多,因奧米加六太多。建議進食動物脂肪和吸收一定的蛋白質,妳有做過重訓更加需要額外蛋白質。之前看過一本書叫“我們為何吃太多”,相當不錯,可參考。

博主没有说到点子上,这些其实是血液的一些症状,如血脂,血糖,血粘度,(饮食结构有问题,比如碳水和反式脂肪食品吃得多,时间不合理),除了药物,可以自然调节,吃点降血脂的保健品,地中海饮食,适度运动,调节饮食结构和时间前移,我自己调了一年,血指标调到基本健康,脑子转的快多了.这个调节也可以当一个项目来管理,网上很多共享信息可以搜一搜.
