i can answer for the initial kaws utopia drop, i got conformation for my delivery date so i can confidently say that it comes before the 6-8 week time frame.

Same situation here, the shipping label was printed august 1st, but no other updates about it, it’s a shady movement from Travis and his team to do this, if you can’t promise a shipping deadline, then don’t promise it to the fans.

Could it be that since the original drop is shipped along with a CD, they had to “delay” and update the track list on the cd since on the Vinyls and the “OG” Utopia album, Meltdown is missing and replaced with Aye and also has Sheck verse on FEIN?

@@wedontcookfood it’s cool, I placed 2 separate orders. 1 was the briefcase & a Utopia Pack with CD & Hoodie, the 2nd pack I got is another briefcase & some socks and 2 tees. So am supposed to get 2 briefcases a Utopia pack with a hoodie and Record, a tee shirt and socks. The first order said it would be sent within a week. I just got a box Friday thinking it was a briefcase and the pack with hoodie + record… it wasn’t. It was only the brief case. Also got a notification that another shipping label was created, but still hasn’t been scanned in. I’m happy to hear you atleast got your shirt! I’ll keep you updated and you can do the same my bro! Also from the looks of it Travis’s team used 2 different fulfillment centers to complete these orders, looks like it was one fulfillment company, then Cactus Jack themselves started sending them out. If it’s from the first Fulfillment center, it’ll be sent USPS. If it’s sent by Cactus Jack it will be sent by UPS

So from my Travis merch experience: his tees tend to run a little oversized just by design. I’m 6’3” and I always stick to Large and it’s a good fit. XL can be a little baggy but might be what you’re looking for if you want a little oversized feel, I hope this helps!

Ordered the day of the album’s release, couldn’t ship to Canada so had to ship to a 3rd party in USA then to Canada, about a week later order gets cancelled, try to order again, sold out, buy new not sold out items, and no update so far.

I live on the south coast of the U.K. and ordered the 5th vinyl bundle last Friday or Saturday. I’ve had emails on what number order my delivery is, but no confirmation on when my order is due to arrive here or if it’s in the process of shipping. I don’t know if it’s the same for anyone else, but I also paid 15 dollars (for Americans) on top for delivery.

So whenever I bought my black kaws utopia tee, I got an email from cactus jack as like an order confirmation. Then the next day I got another email that was a shipping confirmation, and there was a tracking number you could click. You should check your email and search for Travis Scott or cactus jack and also check your spam folder

The following day I got another email from cactus jack saying my order was shipped, and it had a tracking number I was able to click and that's where I found some more information. So whenever you ordered it, you should have gotten an email that said something like “your order has been confirmed” and then another email from Cactus Jack that says it was shipped!

I ordered 6 album bundles including the briefcase that were supposed to ship within 1 week after album release and 3 products that are supposed to ship within like 2-4 months. I got 1 item. And that's the briefcase. It looks nothing like on the website and it smells like someone took a shit in there... The album bundle with the hoodie should arrive on monday tho. I am really a very big Travis fan but this is just disappointing.

So am supposed to get 2 briefcases a Utopia pack with a hoodie and Record, a tee shirt and socks. The first order said it would be sent within a week. I just got a box Friday thinking it was a briefcase and the pack with hoodie + record… it wasn’t. It was only the brief case. Also from the looks of it Travis’s team used 2 different fulfillment centers to complete these orders, looks like it was one fulfillment company, then Cactus Jack themselves started sending them out. If it’s from the first Fulfillment center, it’ll be sent USPS. If it’s sent by Cactus Jack it will be sent by UPS

So from my Travis merch experience: his tees tend to run a little oversized just by design. I’m 6’3” and I always stick to Large and it’s a good fit. XL can be a little baggy but might be what you’re looking for if you want a little oversized feel, I hope this helps!

I live on the south coast of the U.K. and ordered the 5th vinyl bundle last Friday or Saturday. I’ve had emails on what number order my delivery is, but no confirmation on when my order is due to arrive here or if it’s in the process of shipping. I don’t know if it’s the same for anyone else, but I also paid 15 dollars (for Americans) on top for delivery.

So whenever I bought my black kaws utopia tee, I got an email from cactus jack as like an order confirmation. Then the next day I got another email that was a shipping confirmation, and there was a tracking number you could click. You should check your email and search for Travis Scott or cactus jack and also check your spam folder

Hey bro, so what happened for me with the black kaws tee is: I purchased it whenever it first dropped, then I think the next day or so I got an email from cactus jack confirming the order. The following day I got another email from cactus jack saying my order was shipped, and it had a tracking number I was able to click and that's where I found some more information. I hope you get some updates and emails soon!

Then literally the next day I got an email from Cactus Jack saying your oder was shipped and it had the tracking #. I did buy other pieces from the first day it went live, but I still haven't even received shipping confirmation even

My kaws shirt did ship and will be at my house Wednesday. The other shirt I got with the cd just says label created but if you originally bought the kaws shirt when it first came out then i believe you’ll get it soon instead of waiting. So whenever you ordered it, you should have gotten an email that said something like “your order has been confirmed” and then another email from Cactus Jack that says it was shipped!

I ordered 6 album bundles including the briefcase that were supposed to ship within 1 week after album release and 3 products that are supposed to ship within like 2-4 months. I got 1 item. And that's the briefcase. It looks nothing like on the website and it smells like someone took a shit in there... The album bundle with the hoodie should arrive on monday tho. I am really a very big Travis fan but this is just disappointing.
