Russia doesn’t even consider this a war and hasn’t deployed any very large forces. In general, there was one mobilization where about 150 thousand people gathered. At the same time, Ukraine is conducting 10+ mobilizations and they are actually kidnapping people on the streets right now to send them to the front (hundreds of videos even on RUclips) and this with all the support they receive. Okay, I’m looking at Russia, which is coping with an equal enemy despite sanctions and weapons support.
the fact that they made a mistake with the logistics at first, trying to finish quickly, does not mean it is a bad army and bad soldiers. Do not underestimate those who are in fact winning now and defeating not a backward country, but an adversary equal in technology

    1. Most of them Volunteered because of the fact its like a paid vacation to them: abundance in food, new destination, paid much better than NK (NK is so much worse even soldiers are rationing meat)
    2. Even the civillians can be taught how to fight and it only takes 6months atleast, these NK soldiers have atleast basic military training and it will only take 6 months refresher and new tactics for them to learn.
    3. Most probably they will be integrated like when the wagner were dissolved. For example, every 7 russians:2NK soldier. They will be spread from company to company.

North Korean soldiers are not paid, and are not (according to him) even very well fed. The average monthly wage for workers in Russia is $787. So $2000 per month is relatively a lot of money, even in Russia. Since North Korean soldiers are not even paid, and likely have no ability to contact their families back home, they will likely have decreased morale when they see what life is like for Russian troops.

That is why it is so vitally important that the west keeps aiding Ukraine in their efforts to continue as an independent country. Putin and now North Korea are sending their people to die in Ukraine to punish Ukraine for getting a bit too cozy with the West (in other works, for a personal slight against Putin).
