      @@downtimepodcast my club runs that one. It's a good one for sure and a short drive from the ferry. Met Josh lovely guy he came over and spent a couple of days camped at Glencullan adventure park ( bike park ) then went to Carrick for the race.

    funny enough lots of people tend to find SLS fox springs pretty shty and MUCH lighter than what's printed on them
    I've used mainly rockshox springs and never had any issues with them and I have like 5 RS springs. The tolerance is pretty minimal

    Great episode, I race Dh in the 34-41 age group over here in BC and really enjoy listening to how you guys go about your weekend and trying to fit training in during the week while working and having a family. Question tho about the Tru tune, where you running them with volume spacers or did you remove them, or did you have any spacers in to begin with? Thanks

      Really glad you've been enjoying listening. I'm using the TruTune with one spacer at the moment, I had two spacers in the fork previously.
