Dear Sir, I'm a big follower of yours. You had designed the bituminous, base & sub base of our pwd project for the last 10 years ego. During that time, I'm in CEC Company. From your videos, we have got a lot of deep knowledge, and a lot of concepts have become clear.
Thank you so much. Ab aap kis company ke saath hai? I had gone to CRRI as Director for 6 years, now back in Roorkee. Come to IIT whenever you happen to be this side.@@daksheshwar9108
Dear Sir, Right now, I am in Dinesh Chandra R.Agrawal Infracon Company, and my project is Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. It will be my good fortune to get a chance to meet you.
Sir, Thanks for the video and share the procedure for casting of Cubes for CTSB. If possible Pls make a video of difference between compressive strength and UCS...
Dear Sir, If the strength can be anything between 4.5 Mpa to 7 Mpa, the contractor will always take 4.5 Mpa, then when and under what condition will we take the strength of 7 Mpa ?
I have faced this question earlier also and I do not have straightforward answer here. In any case the mix is to be designed in the laboratory and the lab strength should be 1.5 time the required minimum field stregth. Therefore nothing to worry. In case you want more strength than 4.5 MPa, make it part of your contract document. In case of stabilized material, the strength keeps on increasing with time.
Dear Sir, There can be a question of some error/miss concept, because after multiplying the strength of 4.5 Mpa by the design factor it comes to nearly 7 Mpa (4.5 x 1.5 = 6.75 Mpa) . What can be said that field strength is 4.5 Mpa and design strength is 7 Mpa ?
Dear Sir, It is quite possible that I am wrong according to the IRC standard, but this is how I understood it and I have implemented it on the project in such a way that 4.5 Mpa will be the field strength and 7 Mpa will be the design strength. Because technically this is not wrong, I feel like this in Confusion in CTSB too, that's why I requested you to make a video on this topic too.
A lot of thanks Respected Sir , Just because of you I learnt this much about CTB.
Really happy to see that it was helpful. Keep watching
Most beautiful explanation
Thanks a lot 😊 Keep watching
Your explanation is very good sir I always saw your video
Thanks and welcome
one correction at 1.47, the laboraroty strength should at least be 1.5 times the minimum field UCS stipulated in the contract.
Super explanation
Thank you 🙂
Sir bhut acha teaching krate hi ap 🔥🔥
धन्यवाद
Good explanation sir.
Thanks for liking. Keep watching
Sir pls CTSB PR EK VIDEO JARUR. BNA DIJIYE HINDI ME
Okay
sir thanks for in hindi well done sir
So nice of you. Keep watching
Sir can you please explain which quality control checks are to be conducted for CTB layer at field and how those QC tests at field are carried out?
watch this video.

I have uploaded three more videos on quality controls
Sir is it 1.1 time or1.5 time the field strength.
Thanks Sujit ji, it is 1.5 times.
Respected Sir,
Just like you have explained CTB to us so well, why don't you make a video for CTSB also and explain it to us better.
Ok, will do

Will prepare a video on CTSB soon.
Respected sir I request you that please make video for testing because many engineers no information that what porpuse of test
Do you mean testing of soil, aggregates and bitumen?
@@SatishIITR yes sir
Sir,
is there any video in IRC SP 59 2018
No, I have not uploaded yet.

Make a video for concrete mix design
It was uploaded last Sunday only. watch it and give your feedback.
Sir CTSB mix design
CTSB ka as such koi design nahi hai.
@@SatishIITR CTSB mix design
CTSB ka mix design bhi bilkul aise hi kiya jata hai. sirf UCS ki requirement change ho jati hai.@@Dhananjaykumer
