I bought a Wimaxit 15.6 touchscreen monitor for use with my windows10 desktop computer to add to a multi-monitor flight simulator. My Wimaxit monitor would not calibrate with my set up so the touchscreen would not work. Wimaxit support has not offered any instructions that got it to work. It's a nice monitor, but it just doesn't work as advertised. Also it appears that my monitor was a returned unit as several things were missing when delivered. I can't recommend buying from this China based company. Amazon just handled the delivery and would not accept a return.
All I have to do to get screen mirroring effects between my tablet and my 50" large screen TV is to pull down the menu from the top of my tablet, touch the screen mirroring button, and wait about ½ second. Why would I waste good money on this?

The touchscreen doesn't work with Apple OS's. It needs a driver for it to work, and OS support. Windows, Linux and some Androids (depends on what the manufacturer included) should have the necessary drivers. preinstalled.

I just made myself a 10.1 inch touchscreen portable display for my s8 plus. I used a raspberry pi hdmi screen with a USB c HDMI dock and a 10,000 mah Battey. Made a slim case to house it all. Now I have a portable 10.1 inch tablet that runs Dex. The touch screen does work too. I bought it all on eBay for about 150 dollars.
Aside from the permanently attached stand (the version I've got has a cover/stand attached) I've been using an Olixar phone stand I reviewed a while back: amzn.to/2MzoG3R
Yeah, mistake on my part. My Samsung phone was on the charger in my bedroom, where my wife was asleep with a migraine. I might make a follow-up video if I can figure out getting the touch screen working on a Mac, and if so, I'll make sure to try it out with my S10 and Pixel 3 XL.

It's thin and light, has a built-in cover/stand, can be powered by a laptop/desktop with Thunderbolt 3, or with 1 cable, and has 3 inputs you can switch between.
I'm not sure what the Lesus one is, but this company (Wimaxit) offered to send me theirs. I was using an Asus USB-C monitor before this one, and it's not bad, but the colors and sharpness on the Wimaxit look nicer to me when hooked up to my desktop/laptop, and having HDMI ports and a touch screen (for my Samsung S10 or Windows machines) is a nice addition.

Only if you attached it to some sort of device. A satellite receiver with HDMI output, a digital cable tuner, or some sort of streaming box (Fire TV, Roku, Nvidia SHIELD, etc.) with access to online services. This device, on its own, is just a screen.
Aside from the fact that the touchscreen would definitely work with Windows, you could connect the screen to a Samsung Galaxy S10 or Note 9 and the touchscreen would still work.

Apple products fit my workflow, and they're what my day job has provided me with for almost 9 year now, so that's what I use. I've got a few Windows machines around because companies sent them over to me to review.
I couldn't find the specs for the panel or for the touch-grid. Or any modern panels worse than maybe 9ms response. Where'd you find 14ms spec? But low-power IPS ... and 15.6" mobile/touchscreen form factor ... and HDMI 1.4 bandwidth limits ... it's obviously not intended to replace a high-end gaming display.

Display response matters just as much, it has nothing to do with graphics its how fast the display can respond to incoming video. It effects any video displayed, has nothing to do with graphics. Consoles are video rendering is optimized by devs and ms/sony . I have a xbox one x and a pc, there the same exact parts
Apple computer don't support touchscreen..Apple..the touchscreen company, in 2020, doesn't support multi touch. I sold all of my Macs due almost only because of this.. oh and power:$ ratio too.

I haven't tried it yet, but their manual and the Amazon listing suggest that it should work fine with a Switch.

It's set to "Auto" by default for HDR, but I just tried toggling it to "2084" while plugged into my Macbook Pro, and it gets quite a bit brighter

Macs don't support touchscreens. Touchscreen won't work with Apple.
They can work with macos but you have to have custom drivers to do it , i think they emulate a mouse.

HDMI + Type C both ports can use touch screen , or you can use a single Type C port to use touch function
