- Jurors in the YSL RICO trial involving rapper Young Thug returned to the courtroom for the first time in nearly two months on Monday. They have a new judge and new rules -- but the same courtroom and the same reluctant witness on the stand.
Proceedings are expected to continue Tuesday with that witness, Kenneth Copeland -- better known as Lil Woody.

Now the judge is looking out for the state, if there are rules, then used them. The judge told the state to turn over certain things and they still haven't done it all. I don't know why the judge can't see thru the bs especially when Ms.Love is giving an explanation to why. Then she's start rambling on and just making up stuff.

The "I don't recall" witness really needs his head examined! He don't recall even taking the oath to tell the truth! He don't recall anything. Please someone shake this guy to see if he has a brain! He don't recall anything at all except for snitching. Why didn't he just take the 5th rather than be a broken record of "I don't recall, I don't recall. I don't recall......."
It because now they can ask him, leading questions. Now, the state can enter all of his past statements into evidence.
I believe you don't watch trials that often. Well, whenever a witness doesn't want to incriminate themselves or give up an answer that they can turn it around on you. The correct answer to these questions is to say 'I don't recall '. Usually the witness can use their 5th amendment right and don't answer anything. But the state granted immunity so that Woody couldn't use his 5th. If he did, like he did already, well the court threatened him by locking him up and if he was to use it again. The state said they would whole Woody until this very trial is over.
