Do you know if the bios on this card can be modded to increase performance like on the Radeon pro wx 4100 and 5100? A local used pc parts shop is selling these for $35 and I wonder if it’s possible to get more out of these gpu’s.

With an i7-3770 (4c8t 3.7ghz) and 8gb ddr3 1600 about 40 on high, resolution scaling helps though
1080p very high to ultra settings i got 45 fps avg
EBay sellers want too much for these things.
Yeah, you have to watch the prices. Normally it's best to bid instead of buy it now since many sellers haven't adjusted to the falling GPU prices.
@@LohTec I've just been going around making offers.I offer up to $35 for something this tier, and tell the sellers to put down their crack pipe if they make a 3 digit counter offer. Been a hassle even getting super basic cards with 4 outputs for $20 or less. Found one today and am waiting for it to show up. An obscure old HD 2450 with an octopus adapter for 4 DVI-I ports. That one is for a dual socket 7 slot stream PC. I prefer software encoding.
Yeah, I've had luck with recyclers. Got the W4100 with 4 display ports for $20. Sometimes looks for parts cards. Sometimes they are just untested since the seller doesn't have a display port monitor.
I just saw one at a local repair shop. Last week I bought a Sound Blaster Audigy for US 6.50 for my XP rig and it works perfectly.

I only wish you would have tested Fortnite on performance mode. Now I have to buy this card if I want to find out.
