Very Nice Work! A quick tip to make the whole process faster, instead of copying and repositioning the object you can duplicate the slide. Select the icon, right click and choose option change graphic ...from icons, select the desired icon and it will replace the existing one keeping position and size as previous. It took me half the time to recreate this wonderful deck.
Thanks Daniel. Good Tip! At that time I was just creating it how it came to my mind, but you are absolutely right. That sounds like a more efficient approach. Appreciate your feedback 😊
Very nice! Thanks for your videos! 1 thing that might be something that it seems can help you: when resizing an object you can use the "Ctrl/Command" key whilst resizing, so then you don't need to realign the object (if it was before on perfect spot). and the "Shift" key will also help you that the width and height will stay in the same proportion (This will help either when resizing and either when inserting a new Object / Shape). Hope you will find this helpful, Thanks so much and I really learn a lot from all your AMAZING videos!
NS Productions, thank you! I really appreciate your feedback. And special thanks for your tips, both are really helpful. I honestly wasn't aware of these functions. They make things a lot easier :)
I'm an advanced PowerPoint user and find it difficult to stumble upon something that I haven't seen before that can inspire my imagination. I love your creative thinking! Definitely in this video one can see how passionate and creative you are in the way of utilizing best practices into bringing something new to life. I have followed a lot of PowerPoint tutorial channels on RUclips, but you definitely have some of the best design content. I would request you to upload some PowerPoint designs etc that can be downloaded.
This is so amazing! Such simple steps with amazing impact. Recreated it in an hour. This is surely gonna help me with my presentations. Thanks a lot for this :)
Because I've just spent a ton of time trying to figure out why my icons won't rotate, I am going to comment here so the answer is more recent. The answer I found buried in an inquiry from a year ago. Once he aligns the new icon and sends it to the back, he deletes the old icon. There is actually only 1 of each icon on the slide (not stacked). He only keeps the old one for alignment purposes. Hope that helps anyone else who is stuck :)
You are correct. The confusion comes when some actions are performed ia keyboard only (like "Delete" the selected object) and not via the mouse, whose activity we can folow.
Great work!! Also, could you please explain what you did from 10:12 ? Did you delete the rectangle and how to get the circle (filled with blue) at 10:26? Thanks!
thank you awesome but I'm stuck at the 19:33 when the morph transition is applied, seems that I'm missing something but I have done the step by step and the morph is not the same, hope you can help me, and thanks again
I was stuck in the same part. I forgot the previous slide's topic icons behind these new ones. Once I deleted the topic icons that were used in Slide 2 it started to work. So you should only have one icon at one spot. not icons on top of each other. Hope this helps!
@@raikuli1992 Hello, What function did you use in the slide At 16:40 where you sent the created image back and entered some command where in the background image came back on top.

I am loving this tutorial however I am really stuck at 10:16. Could someone please explain how the blue shape disappears to the background? I have tried sending it to the back but it doesn't move.
this is awesome! i understand the 2 exclamation points before an object can morph one object/shape into another. why did you put them on the text? do they not morph in without the !! ? thanks alot
Thanks a lot for this amazing presentation. However, it exists a simpler way to do the transition without duplicating the icons in each slide. Jus paste the previous and rename the objects by the same name but, starting with "!!" = 2 exclamation marks.
Superbe animation office lab. Hassane: did you manage to achieve the same as you describe it so we have everything on one slide? Many thanks and regards
Hi Toght 1, I am simply deleting the 'old' one, so the one that is in front after I sent the 'new' one to the back. I just use the 'old' ones to align the 'new' ones to the exact same positions. Hope that helps ;)
Nice tutorial. Loved it. I wanted to make a powerpoint presentation in which I wanted to zoom into a 3d Shape of brain. Like when I zoom into the brain The inner neurons image will be there so that I can explain about that. And when I zoom out the 3d shape of brain will again be visible. Can you help me with this idea? I will really appreciate your help. Thank you.
We congratulate you and congratulations on your explanation. I have a doubt: - It is possible to download the 2020 Infographic Template for a 2016 Power Point
On slide 3, after sending the image to the back, what shortcut are you using? I see that the image after sending back comes back to the front but you make no mouse movements. Thanks in advance! This is where I'm getting stuck
Hi DiscerningDelinquent321, if you are referring to the icons: What I do is, at first, I place the 'new' icon on top of the 'old' to make sure it has the exact same position, then I send the 'new' icon to the background, and finally, I simply delete the 'old' icon using the delete key which makes the 'new' one come back to the front. Hope that answers your question :) Have a great day!
@@theofficelab Thanks for your fast reply! Perfect, I tried it and it works perfect now. Only issue I'm having is the "Brief explanation" portion of the text not morphing with the title. But a little playing and Im sure to get it. Thanks again
Hi Moses, at 2:11 I simply delete the blue 'overlay' shape and shortly after that I also delete the picture below. I am deleting these two elements, because just seconds before I copied and 'special pasted' them as a merged picture. Hope that answers your question 😊
@@theofficelab wow, that was a quick response! Thanks, I realised that a couple min after posting my question. Thanks for the reply though :) Great looking powerpoint. Is it available to download by any chace?
It is PowerPoint for Office 365, so technically something close to PowerPoint 2019. Unfortunately, the 2013 doesn't support that Morph Transition Feature.
Will be available soon for free download. Just subscribe and hit the notification bell, then you will be notified as soon as my PowerPoint files are available for download 😊
Cool, 30 minutes of work to do the animation. But the question is: why? I make presentations almost every day and I simply have neither the desire nor the opportunity to spend so much time on animation. The presentation should first of all convey information, and all these carousels are just a waste of time.
