► Ingredients:
**For sticky rice
600g sticky rice (150g per color)
Blue: 5-7 butterfly pea flowers
Yellow: 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Green: 5-6 pandan leaves
Purple: 5-6 magenta leaves
*Coconut sauce*
200ml coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
**Fillings **
2 eggs
1 Chinese sausage
1 tsp stock powder
1 tsp fish sauce
1/3 tsp pepper
Some chopped green onions
Pork floss and fried shallot for garnish
