Gotta wear some PPE while messing with fiberglass anything, those strands are painful. Gloves are a must but eyewear and respirator are a good idea too. I used to work with a ton of fiberglass and it can be real nasty stuff if you're not careful. Great video otherwise, I was always thinking about how to armor a vehicle diy, might make a cool video doing a side by side or ATV.
Interesting video , useful information for folk who want protection from handguns but don't have the budget . Merry Christmas & Thanks for the info. Shoot Straight Stay Safe & Stay Well.

It wastes a bit of material but you get better performance from the fiberglass if you alternate the orientation by 45°.
What size barrel are you using and what quad rail?
What if you add a thin metal sheet as the first layer then dinner on top?
I’d like to make another and try that
@@TriggerFingerTV1try ceramic tile inside the fiberglass and or behind/in front of the metal sheet
Everyone is Grand Thumb nowadays 😂🙄
Why is that optic mounted on the rail? Rule of thumb is don’t mount optics farther than the receiver to prevent losing zero due to movement
