Ribouchon is the real winner, went into heads-up 1 to 4 in chips but got 1 million vs 1,2 million with 3rd place 650k. Feel sorry for German "David Guetta", he played aces perfectly, did insane call with AJ, but only 4th place..
@@TheRaymondo2exactly that, what a shame he didn’t call then. Would have put him second in chips. He never recovered from that. There was another hand soon after he folded pre flop but would have hit two pair I think
It’s a trivially easy lay down. Coutinho shoves AK & JJ+. Rayo shouldn’t be 3 betting TT there, his range should be more polar, with medium pairs flatting. You’re just getting your money in crushed there a lot. It was literally the one scenario where he was printing.
@@iambadatpickingusernames6669 If his range should be polar then he should have bad hands also, so will fold some of the time when Mull shoves. This could be quite a high percentage as he 3bet 1010. Maybe he 3bets very unpolarized. Mull was getting 4 to 1 pot odds on the call. Against AK & JJ+ he's 35%. It's possible Countinho would have a slightly wider range, seeing has Kniep could have nonsense sometimes and Mull could have a non premium. If AQ & 1010+ is possible he's now 45% to win. There is of course ICM to consider, seeing as there were two shorter stacks, although by folding, one of the short stacks is about to either freeroll a huge amount of chips, or get it in possibly flipping against Kniep's range. I don't think it's a trivial fold. At his age the money jumps probably mean a lot, making him more ICM focused. Someone with more money behind them may not care about ICM as much and focus more on the win/chip accumulation. No gamble, no future!

Whether you're a seasoned poker player or a beginner looking to learn the ropes, Octro Poker provides a fantastic platform to enjoy the game.
I still say poker is not a game of skill. $220,000 would be life-changing for me. If I have a pocket pair and I'm sure stacked you're not going to be able to Bluff me. From Deuces to Aces I'm going all in . Because if I'm guaranteed $200,000 Plus even if I lose I didn't lose😅😅
I disagree, he played too timid, and was trying to survive rather than chipping up. There were several instances he should have shoved and he just played too tight/conservative.
At 58 seconds into the video the pink hat guy is. I think most poker players pet peeve. I don't know how long was that pause before he even looked at his cards so I can only imagine how annoying this guy would be to play against. But that's just from one little snippet
Certainly a spot you have to shove having 15 BB and already putting like a fifth of your chips in the pot. All his spots were torture tho, folding that, the 88 hand, then getting two outed to bounce the tourney 😢
Ribouchon played the last hand poorly imo, the 3 bet pre needs to be bigger or potentially a shove. It probably still goes in but he has no fold equity with that sizing, gg wp all
The announcers are missing things here and there. For example, at 1 hour and 27 minutes, the announcers say "3 outs". No, one of the players folded an Ace...there are only 2 outs.
Sometimes the announcers treat it as a solver spot, or as if they were playing at the table. Without knowing an ace has been folded as a player, it’s viewed as three outs
What a terrible table, they are wasting there blinds waiting for the perfect cards , shocked on some of the hands they are throwing away. Very amateur to me.
That twenty-one-year-old guy folded the pocket jacks. For $1,500 investment and I'm in the top seven, with a guarantee of $222,000 I'm not folding jacks. Because at that point even if I lose,I can't lose. I know you guys going to say the dude in the pink hat played the hand skillfully. That wasn't skill. The guy in the pink hat just had a higher risk level than the 21 year-old did. Poker is not a game of skill
When you guys are running your mouth over the noise and yelling of the crowd it’s very unprofessional and no one can obtain information. Wish we had the old experienced commentators.

The runouts for Pavel Plesuv were fire the entire FT, congrats!

At those stacks was a3 not a shove vs 10-6? Is it reasonable to shove there? He had around 15bb.
Wow... Been watching poker streams for like a year now. This was the most amazing one. Pressure, setup of hand after hand - WOW o_O

Mullaly must be hurting folding jacks and then shoving 8’s and ace 5 and that River!
Thom Yorke showing the rail his aces before the runout really screwed him. He won't do that again.
