Wow, what a wonderful video! I heard some model names I didn't know existed. I have just recently been bitten by the Hallicrafters bug and am looking for an S-40 receiver - I already have a long wire antenna up outside waiting for one to come home to me. So, thanks again for sharing this beautiful collection with us and 73's from K5SFC!
P.S. Any suggestions on where to buy a Hallicrafters receiver other than on eBay?

Very nice station! I think a lot us started out with Hallicrafters. My first radio as a novice was a SX11. Next was a SX25. I currently have a SX110, S20R,, S39. I'm helping a friend to restore two FPM-300.
I got a charge out of viewing your shack and will pass on this RUclips video to my friends.

Nice collection. There is one speaker I did not see. I had one in the 60's it was a Hallicrafters similar to the R50 but it had a mechanical Telechron clock. They must be rare, because I haven't seen one for sale.

Well thats impressive! The only Hallicrafters I have is a HT-40 crystal controlled and a mobile speaker mounted in my service truck for my Bearcat scanner.

PLEASE KILL the annoying FOREGROUND "music" when you are doing narration. This was otherwise a very interesting video. I still have a "much hated" S-38, and an SX-101, which needs a BFO inductor, as the small shaft was broken by a previous owner. When I went to ET-A school at Treasure Island, I was a member of the K6NCG ham club, look it up, there are 3 websites with photos. We had an HT-37 used for mostly CW and RTTY, but some SSB, and when I arrived an HT "twins" transmitter, HT-44?? I forget. I also have 2 S-19's and an S-20, along with a couple others. None in remarkable condition. Too bad SW radio has come to such a sorry state--very little interesting content, and lots of RF noise. And amateur radio sure ain't what it used to be. I am 75, first licensed about 1965 in high school.

Great shack! Nice video. Wish I could hear you better over the stupid music. Why the detraction? The silly music adds nothing to your video.
