Unlike some other gold youtubers, yours delivers the content without the over-the-top showmanship some think is necessary to be successfull at delivering a good clip! You've done your homework (Google Earth; claim; geology, etc.) and that is what puts gold in your pan more often than not!!! Two thumbs up!! Oh, and I hit the Like & Subscribe buttons! Damn, you guys make it look easy! I just started, bought that exact dry washer you have, and spent all day last Friday on a GPAA claim near Morristown, AZ, and found three specks I could barely pick up with a small pair of tweezers. I was right at a good sized area that others obviously were dry washing at before! maybe they stopped because they stopped finding gold??? How frustrating... Thank you for the video.. I'll keep trying....

I live in Arizona. I know several people that search for gold but only 1 person that makes big money doing it. Rain washes heavy gold through mountain streams for 1000s of years it settles in low place where sand settles in the bottom of streams. My friend Denis found a 1/4" crack in the rock in the bottoms of a stream so he pushed 15 ft of 3/16" copper tubing down into that crack with a vacuum pump sucking out the sand as the tubing went deeper. He pulled $230,000. of gold out of that crack in the bottom of a stream. He says it is more important to spend several weeks searching for a good place to find gold than panning for gold in random places. I have been looking and searching for years I think fish creek is a good place to search. People swim in fish creek on the weekends but seldom anyone there during the week. There is a big pool of sand and water is sometimes very deep but some times water is only 2 ft deep. I am retired, I don't need money, its not worth it to me to take a change and maybe find lots of gold and many not. I think a 1" diameter pipe 15 ft long with a vacuum pump to push the pipe very deep in the bottom of fish creek you might find the jack pot. I have a gold wedding ring that belonged to my father I wonder who pays the most for gold.

Very interesting, I've only heard of poeple having that kind of pay day off of finding a very large nugget not a Hugh amount of Placer.Thats is so great! I haven't heard of fish creek ,where is that ? There has been some areas up behind Mayer where a good wash would go into a cattle pond with several feet of over burden, if someone took the time to dig out they would get ozs .Thanks Gary ,very very good comment.
