    Great video!!!!
    Quick question for you. I have been working the Morristown area on some Roadrunners claims and was wondering what I should be getting on an average day of drywashing. I know it varies alot but is a 1/4 gram a little light for this area or not bad. I have been puting 40 buckets of dirt through my drywasher in a day. Thanks Red

    • @VendettaProspecting
      @VendettaProspecting  Год назад +3

      Couple questions? Are you classifying your 40 buckets, are you on bedrock? There is not a set amount you SHOULD be recovering the gold is where you find it, if your consistently getting the same amount for the effort that’s what’s in the ground….. if you want more for your work you need to explore different sports within that area. From my understanding detecting that area is more lucrative than drywashing but again detecting the gold is less consistent….. as long as your having a good time that’s what matters most. I can say with high confidence if your on a roadrunner claim you should not expect large yields from any of the claims… they are heavily worked and DO STILL have gold….. but they have been charted for 30+ years…… great comment

      @Red-et2rd Год назад +1

      @@VendettaProspecting I am just using the classifying screen on the drywasher.
      And no I am not on bedrock. Digging on the hill sides just above the washes.

    • @VendettaProspecting
      @VendettaProspecting  Год назад +2

      @@Red-et2rd go try the center of the creek bed, vacuum the bedrock and you will get better gold most likely….. I run unclassified buckets as well, but do consider that about 40/50% of the bucket volume is oversized…. Bedrock is where the gold is kept fosho

      There are too many variables and situations to directly answer this question for every prospector, there are some who fine millions with a 10k metal detector and large scale mining operations who work all year to break even. This lifestyle brings more than monetary gains in so many ways. As you can see I didn’t nearly or almost never cover gas in an outing. You will only benefit from the first half of the bucket, after which the holes in the machine will fill up and the gold will fall with the gravel to the ground. But when I finished the video, I noticed that you are good at using the dry cleaning machine.

    You're definitely a hard worker. I'll give you that, but the only come up with .22 g of gold with 32 buckets of material run. I think you need to scout better on your location or check your tailings by panning them because you're either missing a lot of gold or that's just a bad spot. In Michigan guys get more gold on the beaches in about a third of the material.
