Did the gel live up to its claim of controlling climate? bc I have recently discovered due to the change in weather that it's not my maintenance that is affecting the livelihood of my curls, but it is, in fact, the weather. By the way, I love your videos as they are so educational

Ouidad isn't strictly curly girl friendly since majority of their products have a silicone listed under their ingredients 🤔 Only one I'd use on my daughter is the red strong hold humidity gel, but $26 for only 8 oz though 😨 I'll be getting that through my hair stylist for whole sale prices!
Jane Caburian yeah, you’re totally right! They’re not CG friendly unfortunately but again, I don’t mind silicones. And yes I agree, they are pretty expensive but work SO good 😩
Franchelli I'm trying to help my daughter to get her curls back (as u can see, I have straight hair) 😊 I was using products with silicone, but am trying to be strictly curly girl for her hair. I heard good things about Ouidad, but this was already after I stopped using silicones in her hair.
I totally get it! There are other brands who have great gels also like Uncle Funkys Daughter Curl Magic and Camille Rose Naturals. Both are CG friendly ☺️
Franchelli Thanks, I've never heard if those before. Currently trying out Devacurl, and so far so good. Tried other brands, but they dried out her hair really bad!!!
