Im building a vertical lathe i have my z,x and c axis(spindle all working perfectly) but the turrett wont show up in setup machine model i have it added in kinematics with it all defined to start in my kinematics i have static with all of my base selected then z i have all of my z axis and then my x axis under z and then the turrett cuz its mounted on the x but rides up and down with the Z axis then i have a rotary axis (C) and main spindle under that. Ive made sure i didnt have the turrett accidentally selected in anything else in setup machine model ive restarted fusion idk why the turrett isnt in my setup machine model? Example in my kinematics: Static Z X Turret C Main spindle
Any reason the 'about X' for an A Axis doesnt save? Doesnt matter what I try and do, it wont keep that populated once the dialog box is closed / machine saved.
One step at a time. Let's us get dual spindle single turret machines going then we can talk about swiss. You can make great toolpaths for your Swiss machines today and use the citizen app to synchronize their machines.
@@makestuffwithkids989 the feature cam is setup to run Swiss and most of the feature cam options are in fusion. All they need to do is add the spindle sync/wait module and open the ability to post code in diameter with a pos or neg z command. They have the code in partmaker too. I hope they open the gates...
Man I've been waiting for lathe and mill turn machine simulation for a long time. Very exciting
Can’t wait for mill turn support! This is awesome
is the lathe machine file available yet?
Can you make a tutorial on setting up the kinematics for lathe and mills ?
although not currently supported.. He're I was firing Fusion already to build my ST20Y
Looks cool!😀
I really need thisfor my job. We are about to have a ST20Y and I need a colision detection during tool change in simulation

Any progress on this?
I would very much like to simulate a lathe with y axis and sub spindle. (Haas st20y sub)

Is this apart of autocad partnership with module works?
can't wait =D
Are we going to start swissturn machining in fusion?
That would be awesome

There used to be an option to set the dimensions of the machine, but I don’t see that any more. Ex) Shapeoko 4 Width 50”, Depth 41”, Height 19”.
Where do i get that ST20Y machine file? my lathe library is empty
when lathe sim?
When we have in the library fusion machines the lathe and maybe some examples of turning with y axis. Greetings.
You can already put them in your library.
