It's more about how you program the synth. For one this a lot of portomento or glissando/pitch glide is useful. Use must be playing with the LFO's a lot, route them to pitch, filter. Also the big powerful leads are mono with lots of voices, detuning...I will elaborate if you wish me too. A lot of detuning.

use one synth, edit it heavily, it can be more than one synth to full the sound, and limiter to not go too loud.
it all depends on how the programmer of the synth is designed and what sound you want.
i tried something like and one and it kinda worked, but the synths arent full as and ones 😂
