I've hopped over from Samsung to iPhone last week with the iPhone 16 Pro and the Apple Watch Series 10 46mm Bluetooth. And I'm enjoying it so much. It will be nice to eventually just use one wearable with all the health and fitness and smart features in one device … can you confirm if you can use the modular ultra watch face on the series 10 ?
I just want to know how my 42mm Series 3 bands fit the new 42mm/46mm series 10. the apple online store now lists 3 band sizes: 40,42,46mm and it suggests that my series 3 is the 42mm size, is it just a bug since theres a new 42mm. also if the smaller 42mm series 10 does fit my 42mm series 3, what about the 38mm bands, how do they fit? please, cover a apple watch band fit/ compatibility guide from the first bands (38/42) to 40/44, 41/45, 42/46 when you have a review model.
They are the same. Apple Watches have to sizes: small and big form factors. The mm size measures the screen, not the dimensions of the watch, and that's why you can use the 44/45/46mm watch bands on the Ultra, which is 49mm.
Really disappointed with this new Watch. And Apple knows it, that's why they didn't call it Apple Watch Series X, like they did with iPhone X. Calling this a redesign is a joke. I have a Series 4 and really wanted to upgrade, I might just go for the Ultra 2 in Black just for the design and the color to be honest.
They did the big redesign with the Ultra and it sounds like you like it so Apple gave you what you wanted. Personally, coming from an SE1 this was the standard issue Apple Watch redesign I’ve been waiting for. Thinner, bigger display, faster charging, heck even a speaker for taking a quick call in a pinch, there’s a lot to love about the 10 for me. Enjoy your new Ultra!

I think this is it. This is the Apple Watch, probably for the next 10 years. I really don’t think there will be a lot of stuff we will see in the future as you mentioned.
I gave up on the apple watch, went back to garmin, 30 day battery life or 7 days using always on mode, also has a oled display. I use my apple watch when i travel.
TBH i would to the total opposite. When you travel is when you need the longer battery life more than ever, while when you're home and working out/getting notifications, the AW and the perfect fitness tracking (see scientific reviews) is best imo. You charge while taking a shower or before going to bed and you're done.
Apple builds in limited advances because their product sales cycle is only a bit more than a year. Instead of giving you the best technology available (like better battery life), you will only get incremental improvements with each new series. This increases the odds of you buying a new watch every couple of years. Money makes the world go round.
Oh yes. The Apple Watch takes way too long to charge. lol. That overnight charge method is just not enough time. 8 hours only charges the watch like 10% right?

@@NeoVdV same here
@ionutd1019 , I got a new charger of 25W and now it does work better, not up the 80% in ½h but I get 65%
@@NeoVdV just read a comment now, the charger needs to have PD (power delivery) tech
Great review but the Satin black AWU2 looks a lot more appealing. Thats the one i’ll go for. + the battery life is a huge advantage
It’s worth it buy 10 if someone still got series 1 ?

@@BrunoRibeiroComboios Apple wants you to buy the Ultra 2, because it’s more expensive!
They didn’t call it X likely because they’re better marketers than that.
X is old as P2P in marketing era. Also Elon ruined the letter. 😅
@@BrunoRibeiroComboios Not every number ten should be called X, as example with iPad, the new iPad 10 is very revolutionary for its price, but it ain’t called iPad X 🤔
@@DBeitniz That's actually a pretty good example. Didn't think about the iPad. Still, I think Apple could have delivered more on the Series 10 as it should be special.
Never owned a smartwatch. I own Apple products. Should I get a 10 or wait? Get last years model?
Why do you need someone else to tell you what to buy?
Cool video! I might send my whoop back to get this series 10 now that apple has incorporated more health tracking elements
The 1hz watch face is a nice addition but its a waste if they don't make more cooler watch faces to take advantage of the new hardware or they don't bother to update current watchfaces to work with 1hz. They should release the watch face maker sdk to the public there is a healthy watchface making community which will gladly do the job for them
actually a pretty cool idea
Dude, that shirt is 🔥
thank you!
How much battery sleep tracking is consuming?

my experience using series 8
mine consumes 10-15% for 7-8hrs sleep

Handsome man gives handsome review. Love it!
I think this is it. This is the Apple Watch, probably for the next 10 years. I really don’t think there will be a lot of stuff we will see in the future as you mentioned.
@@ricgmar nah, next one we will get different colors and way better battery life.
i hate how the black border on the apple watch 10 is bigger as on the older versions. not gonna buy it. thats a step back imo.
No way on earth is this watch worth more than £399 or £499 for cellular, when is Apple going to pay for all the features to be used.
Where’s the Fenix 8 review?
Apple builds in limited advances because their product sales cycle is only a bit more than a year. Instead of giving you the best technology available (like better battery life), you will only get incremental improvements with each new series. This increases the odds of you buying a new watch every couple of years. Money makes the world go round.
Oh yes. The Apple Watch takes way too long to charge. lol. That overnight charge method is just not enough time. 8 hours only charges the watch like 10% right?
My series 8’s battery lasts two full days
Correction about your temperature comment - you cannot use the series 10 for scuba.
My 8 is dying so fast I’m definitely updating
The biggest issue for me is none of the new Apple Watches don’t have the blood oxygen sensor turned on. Main reason I am sticking with the ultra v1.
none of the new Apple Watches don’t have the blood oxygen sensor....right....
@@Name-zd5fq they have the sensor but it not activated because of the pending lawsuit.
@@donberry Luckily not in Europe. :D We pay 1,20 Euro extra to have it.
No SPO2 in the US... So pointless
I still got an Apple Watch 4 but the tan is real
Holding on to my series 4
I’m on series 3 actually considering it
Thanks!
Gonna get the gold titanium for sure and ditch the ultra.
