he looks so young and lively here. Bring out your cakes and fine wines! Sad that Elizabeth doesnt get brit humor but thats what this movie is about. the movie is mostly dark and grey and the joys of the thatcher era are around the corner
Funny you should mention Blow Up, my Dad is almost 88 and says that its one of the most genuine representations of mid 60s London and young person's attitudes at the time
Withnail was THE drinking movie when I was at university....we quoted it all the time. I think most yanks who like Monty Python will get it. The humour is very English but more importantly, slightly ridiculous / surreal (as may be the thought processes of a frequently drunk person). Also, its a grower where you will appreciate the character's depth and their quirks after more viewing(s) and getting to know them better. A lot of English humour is that way. Rob should watch some Alan Partridge
I missed these streamns.
MORE please!
keep em coming rob! 🎉
This is so much fun with Elizabeth! Hope you guys bring this back!
Withnail and I is my fave film of all time, can watch it over and over, always so funny and so quotable

As a Brit its easily one of the finest comedies out there, and its time period is perfect. The recent Arrow 4K release is a banger

A certain kind of humour meets the curse of the high IQ right Rob ;-)

@@THEBURNETTWORK Cool!
Here Hare here.
This is old… From everything I hear on stream.. Seems like she honestly just puts up with him. She has no real interests in what he does.
she is a film student
