Most of them have parents who really don’t care how their child is treated as long as its making them money. Look at Skai Jackson and Marsai Martin, they grew up in the industry and still have their head on straight because their parents taught them to value themselves more than booking gigs. There’s literally evil everywhere and if you don’t know how to navigate it it can consume you. Therefore yes Hollywood is a nasty place but with the right support from people you can actually trust you can be successful and not let the pressures of Hollywood get to you.
