Aw I remember you used to do these videos every Christmas a few years ago but I also remember some people being negative nellies in the comments 😒 I hope thats not the reason you stopped doing them. If it is then I'm so sorry 😞 some people just want to channel their inner grinch 🤭
I for one love these videos because I'm a huge giftgiver as well! I go all out on giving people gifts they'll love and my favorite part is seeing their reactions! I NEVER mind doing that because I love seeing people happy 😊
I stopped doing them the year COVID was so bad and a lot of people were laid off work. I didn't want anyone to think we were being showy while others were suffering basically. I will probably do all the videos again next year though. There are SO many jobs available now. If a person wants to work, they can.

I think it’s very interesting to see these videos. My gift giving is usually less “fun” and more utility or cash 😅. I’ve received toys, Knick knacks, novelty gifts and years later they almost end up in the trash, so I don’t buy them for anyone unless they are a kid. Lol. Merry Christmas.

B loved the Blume dolls. They were the oddest thing to me and I could not understand the love…but they were a favorite gift one year. She even took bday money to complete her set when her birthday came around. Stockings are one of my favorite parts of Christmas morning and you and Kevin do such a great job of finding things everyone will love
I just left a comment to someone else - Christina said the same thing; the stocking is her favorite because it's full of smaller, frivolous, fun stuff.
Tami-I love the bag idea for stockings. I wish ours was younger, at 22 her taste has changed from the fun to all the $$ 😂 We do put lottery tickets in her stocking which she loves.
I personally would love lottery tickets. This year we used gift bags, but I highly recommend using the reuseable bags from Home Goods because they last. We forgot to buy them. These bags were cheap. I had to use clear box tape to keep them together.
@@TamiDunn reusable bags is a great idea as well. I am surprised you didn’t have to use packing tape 😂 then. You had a lot of fun stuff for the bags
I’m 21. My mom loves putting together my stocking. She gets lots of treats, plus practical gifts and stationary things since I enjoy crafting. The stocking is always my favorite :)

I grew up with colorforms and they have been around forever! (I am 54) I always brought them with me when we went on vacation.

@@TamiDunn I think it’s hard. I’ve noticed a lot of negative comments and hurtful words on videos of people sharing what they bought for Christmas and what they got for Christmas. You and I both shop sales and clearance all year long (I was done shopping by Halloween) so it looks like we spend more than we do. I don’t even have social media and get rude comments when people stop over about how spoiled my kids are. Rude. I think sharing the stockings is the perfect balance
