These are the best leaf cleanup videos until the music comes on. Would you consider doing leaf uploads that is music-free?

You could always watch them with the volume turned down!
They would not be much fun to watch with no audio at all and even less so with the high pitched noise of a leaf blower engine from a heavily sped up video clip. :)
      Thanks for watching!

Weekly mows we charge a flat rate billed weekly after each mow , 50% extra for bi weekly services.
Our Fall cleanups are currently billed by the labor hour + a debris disposal charge.

I just started doing leaf clean ups. I told my first customer it should be 3 to 5 hours. I'm 10 hours in and going back to finish today. There should be about 3 more hours at this rate. I'm charging for 5 hours and taking the L.

Yeah jobs like that can be rough, I have definitely eaten it before on jobs I have under quoted. Make sure you are charging enough for your time to be worth it even if you accidentally go over on time!
Fall cleanups can be a really tough thing for sure, you can have really bad winds blowing the leaves back at you, heavy/wet leaves from rain and pine needles that won't blow easily, etc. Personally I won't have us go out if it's a steady wind over 10-12mph, or projected winds of 15-20mph.
We charge by the hour as well, you can make more money charging by the job but the hourly is the safer bet with the variables. (more risk/reward charging by the job for leaves) If a customer asks for an estimate of time, just aim fairly high to give them high expectations on the price, which will in turn make them happier when the job is done quickly.
Just get through that job and learn from the experience how long that size of job will take you for the next time and adjust your estimate accordingly!
The first time I did this property quite a few years ago, all I had was a mower to mulch the leaves and 1 blower, no setup to remove them. Made an absolute mess with nowhere to disperse all of the mulched leaves with the smaller yard areas. They hired my back on still when my company was bigger and we now remove the leaves from their property!
