    hi Niki, i just did the workout, it's great. i have never felt my lower abs so much. i love if you're sayin "squeeze the knees" :-) now i'm ready to go to work. thanks for the great workout

      +Priscilla It's called interval timer for HIITworkout! It has a blue and black Icon and says 26:08 on a little timer in it! I'm glad you enjoyed it! :)
