    Brilliant picks, I've read 14 and love the sound of most of the others. My most recent read was 4000 weeks and agree it'll stick with me, especially as i read it in tandem with The Scent of Time. Great compilation ✨️

    That was so much fun to watch!
    My favorite read so far ( I’m hoping to still read great thing this year) was Natchez Burning, a big long historical fiction book with suspense, thrills, and social commentary all wrapped together.

      @@BookBlather Okay, I think I’ll go with the 5* that I hear people talk about the least. Address Unknown, by Kathrine Kressmann Taylor. Published in 1938 it is an epistolary novella about a man in the United States and his Jewish friend who has moved back to Germany. Knowing what we know now about the Nazi regime, it is chilling to read.

      @ oh, that sounds interesting. I’m always biased towards novellas, and I really tend to like books in epistolary format. I’m gonna check this one out right now!

    A great video with so many great channels. I even found a few more to subscribe to. So many great book recs as well. The Handmaid's Tale is one of my favorites of all time. I am reading Children of Time right now and it is fantastic. Night film is great!

      hahaha I could have put them all through some editing software and turned a few of them up but that would have taken me aaaaaaages, and sometimes you do that and it distorts so it's a different and arguably worse problem.
