I really, really appreciate you breaking down all 3 of these and I’m so glad you prefer the glute bridges because I am doing these with a cable machine so I don’t have a free barbell with weights to do an actual hip thrust, so the loaded bridge works for the cable machine where you have to push the weight up rather than having the weight resting on your pelvic area and pushing that weight up.

@@Joygre1you can do glute bridges like that as well. It's the same range if you are elevated on a bench
