well i can give it to u along with that..i can also give u the captain tsubasa 2 brazil version story. that rom is hacked to play as brazil team with all same stats for brazil players as japan plays with brazil team all brazil players are super powerful..the same goes to the current brazil team which i have in my rom...so if u need the roms let me know. :-)
the english patch cant be used for modded roms like these. it can only be used for a proper original captain tsubasa 2 rom which is unedited and un modded.

Sneider learns the Neo fire shot bcoz wakabayashi clean catches the Normal Fire shot with both hands clean! thats why you see sneider with Neo Fire Shot here. Great thanks to the hacker of this rom as he made it exactly like the shot from Captain Tsubasa 3! :-))))

yes u can play it on ur laptop. i do as well on my laptop. u just need a NES emulator named FCEUX. it plays all nes games perfectly.
