With the stock size pulleys, our testing has shown 1-1,5 watt savings from the CeramicSpeed bearing. Additional benefits from the pulley tooth design & material can increase the pulley life, maintain top level shift quality, and for many riders, provide a fun bit of customization for their bikes.
