Which other sports cities do you think are extremely sad?
Any other Sports lists you want us to do? Let us know in the comment section and we will credit you in the video if your idea is picked.
Description:
When you were a child or a teenager in high school, you were always competitive and jealous of others. There was always that one kid in class who got special treatment from the teacher. Or there was that meathead jock who had all the friends and got all the girls for no reason.
Point is, everyone is better than someone at something. Even in sports. Some cities just win more than others all the time.
When it comes to professional sports, successful cities like Chicago, Boston and New York have so much to flaunt that it makes all these other sports cities jealous.
Today we dive into the 10 saddest sports cities in North America.

Simon Neal I KEEP ASKING FOR THIS ONE! Only difference is I want the players to have at least one championship
Stan the man Musial better be on that list!
Nathan Adams Tim Duncan
Stan Musial
Simon Neal David Price
Cleveland is actually a great city we aren't saying we have the best teams believe me we cant say that but we love our teams we have the most loyal fan bases in sports
Coltin Raupach no one cares? Don’t care how “great” your city is or how “loyal” your fanbase is. That doesn’t mean anything compared to what the topic of the video was on
Baker Mayfield is bring us a Super Bowl!!! Also Indians will win the World Series in 2019!!!
Shapiro LMFAO!!!😂😂😂
@ALF RAYDOUGH straight lie
You mean the Raptors
A legitimate playoff contender and the 2019 Larry O'Brien trophy
Yeah Toronto
Lol this video was even made in 2016, the Raptors went to the ECF in 2016 also.
How is Atlanta not on this list?
graham boudette World Series
@Tya lot of those were a while ago
@Ty Atlanta United 1🏆
@@lilcurrymuncher_8404 Atlanta United won two years ago
@Ty The hawks won their champs when they were in st louis, so that basically doesn't count
Bruh where's Phoenix?
I'm a fan of Arizona but I have to agree with you
Fun fact: A Minnesota sports team hasn't GONE to a super bowl/NBA Finals/Stanley cup/World Series in almost 30 years
Update: Wash Capitals won the Stanley in 2018, & the Nationals won the World Series in 2019.
Raptors won the nba finals
This was 3 years ago now Toronto are the 2019 NBA Champions 😂😂😂😂
Havent even started and I know Phoenix is gonna be on here.
Hmm. Guess not.
I am a Cleveland fan and I always will be. No matter what the score is, no matter how many times we loose, no matter what everyone else says, I will always love the city of Cleveland and its sports teams, even if they are all bad.
Do you know kurt angle they suck they suck
Matthew Richards congratulations, would you like a cookie?
Baker Mayfield is going to bring us a Super Bowl!!!
Nigga ya spelled lose wrong
I commend you for your loyalty. Cleveland is no more the butt of jokes like it was in the 70's. remember the line "Mistake by the lake"?
Hurts being a Cleveland fan...
It's always be
I come from the later than when you posted and I’m here to say shit ain’t lookin good now bye bye LeBron
And now the Raptors have a nba title
Atlanta? 1 championship across 3 teams somehow lost 2 NHL franchises braves are DEAD LAST in the national league the Hawks are just average and the Falcons are good but can't seem to get a playoff win for the life of us
Justin Noah Now the hawks are the worst team in the east
The falcons are going to win the superbowl this year
braves aint last no more 😀😀😀😀
Jacob Guy yah were winning the world series this year
hey
Next video do " 1 player from each team that will be in the HOF "
Domenic DePasquale *Browns* injury cart for the browns players who got on ir ...
Boyzie Romero Where's Atlanta?
I know the Browns would be Joe Thomas
Colts: ty hilton
Sports Guy each team in what sport
Top 10 championship year in major sports leagues that defied the odds. Like Leicester City 2016, New York Giants 2008 Etc...
Cleveland 2016 the Cavs 3-1
Jacksonville is pretty depressing with these Jaguars too
Negro Hombre you could be a mariners fan, won 116 games and didn't even make it to the world series and have never even made it to the world series
L
U must be a titans fan
They should update this list now that the Caps finally won it all. Also, I'm surprised that Phoenix and Atlanta aren't on this list. Apart from the Diamondbacks winning the World Series in 2001 and the Braves winning the Series in 1995, those two cities haven't had much to cheer for.
Also, I know we only have one pro sports team (unless you include MLS), but Salt Lake City is a pretty depressing sports town too. The Jazz have 27 playoff appearances, 6 Western Conference Finals appearances, 2 NBA Finals appearances, and zero rings.
Panthers didn't enter the league in 2005. They entered in 1995.
Elvin J 1993
Dan Clink no it was 1995
THANK GOD you put Milwaukee on here! We've only gotten 1 combined championship in the last 50 years.
Three_Dolla_Slice same with atlanta
bacon man Yeah but yours was more recent. Not to mention the Braves moved to Atlanta and took the 1957 world series championship with them.
bacon man Not saying they shouldn't be on the list tho.
The fact that he didn't even put our skyline for Milwaukee was triggering enough for me.
Light Skinned Debo Yeah they just put the view from where all those elevated freeways are.
Update: The TORONTO RAPTORS have finally won a NBA CHAMPIONSHIP!! And the WASHINGTON CAPITALS have recently WON the STANLEY CUP!!
Don't forget about the Nationals winning the World Series
Atlanta
Long Sleeve Dream World Series
Warriors blew a 3-1 lead
Never forgive. Never forget.
#AntonioBrown84 #Goat#Steelcity at least Oakland isn't on the list
*
#AntonioBrown84 #Goat#Steelcity you do know Antonio brown went to the raiders #NotSteelcity
@@austinstone7929 he signed with the pats... eh you probably know right ?
Pollo Leon Ramirez you do know he is unemployed right?
Do a video that gives one reason per team why people should be a fan of any of the 32 teams in the nfl
Cleveland Browns: $0.50 tickets
How is Atlanta not on here
turtleofwar77 Braves won a championship and Hawks made it to the western confrence finals
+FERRARIxPAPPY Hawks are in the Eastern conference
ArtIsLife02 Yea my bad
Still they still deserve to be top 10. Haven't won a championship since the 90s.
Noah So has Dallas, Tampa Bay, etc.
No Atlanta? We have only one championship across all sports and this year the braves are garbage and the Falcons and Hawks are just slightly above average.
Allthesports y'all haven't won anything but atleast y'all teams make the playoffs. Not Minneapolis tho
Right except for #1 it's an expansion team and those always suck and #2 no one cares about an MLS Cup.
+Hello and YOU SUCK I'm not saying I don't care about soccer (football). I am a die hard Chelsea fan. I am just saying that the MLS isn't a league that people care about. If people are going to watch soccer they are going to look to La Liga, The Premier League, and International competition rather than the mediocre at best MLS.
+Stampede Exactly only 1 season over 500 during the entire Atlanta stay is not good
Not to mention not 1 but 2 unsuccessful NHL teams.
They talk shit about Minnesota and don't mention the Minnesota lynx making it to the finals every year
Who? lol
TPS WNBA,Minnesota Lynx,3x WNBA champions and 6x conference champions
Jack Gilbert women's sports don't matter
No one cares
Rock lee that's sexist!
being a Wisconsin native, I KNEW Milwaukee would be on this list. lol
Who’s here after DC has 2 ships now?
I say Atlanta isn't very fortunate. Think of it when was the last time we won a championship. Yea the braves. Falcons suck. Hawks suck. Braves don't make me laugh suck. Georgia tech well at least we have the highest score ever in college football well over 200 points but that was a century ago. Needless to say Atlanta doesn't have the reputation of success. Like if you agree.
Mr. Bunny yeah our falcons defense sucks plus the penalties weren't helping
Gyro Guy dont forget choking is superbowl to Pats 🐐💀
The Braves have always sucked. They've been in 3 cities. THREE! and just ONE WS title from each of them.
IF MINNEAPOLIS IS NOT UP THERE THAN IM UNSUBSCRIBING
Haven't watched yet
It's there
Andrew Wiggins you are a nut
our sports teams are trash except the wild so L
What about the lynx
How does Atlanta not make this list? The only championship that city has is an early 90's Braves title. They have been terrible ever since. And don't get me started on the loser Falcons and Hawks. And the Slashers failed
Justin Nielsen Flames started off in Atlanta too. Two NHL franchises skipped town on you guys. Could be worse. Milwaukee hasn’t had an NHL team ever, because apparently Chicago sports people think Wisconsin is their territory for some stupid reason
Being an ATL fan hurts 😔
Well ever since Atlanta was burned to the ground by Union forces in 1864 during the Civil War, bad luck and misery has followed the city ever since.
This one needs to be updated since some of these cities have had success recently.
Why? They did their research before doing this list
I've been a Yankee fan since about 1980 but I was actually rooting for the 97 Indians and I still have no idea how they lost that series. That was such a good team
watching in 2019 changes this
Minnesota should be at least top 3
Epic Baseball Highlights I agree
Hey dude, didn't expect to see you here.
Nijae Thompson and they are number 9 on the list, I may add
Minnesota isn't a city.
Minneapolis has FOUR teams and only one of them has won a modern championship. Most of the other cities on this list have only two or three teams, so it's expected for their city to not win as many championships
THANK TPS FOR SAYING THAT RIVERS IS A HALL OF FAMER THANK YOU
Daddy Misha I think rivers is one of the most overrated QBs ever! RG3 has a better chance of being a HOFer than Phillip I'm a big cry baby rivers!!!!
retarted definition: One who has been given additional tarts.
Im a Chargers fan and im 50/50 on him being a HOFer. If he wins a SB then yes, if not its gonna be hard for him.
Didn’t the Capitals win the Stanley Cup in 2018
ChaseBrit2 this was made before that
Toronto also have the Canadian Football League team called the Argonauts who as of 2018 are the current Grey Cup champions and have made frequent trips to the championship game.
Minnesota is Not City. It's a State. Get that right TPS. Should have put the Twin Cities.
Minny Paul do you not understand???
10 team that has been langhing stock throughout NFL history
Issac Lugo 1-10: browns
Detroit Lions 0-16 2008
Browns. Rams. Bears. Jets. Dolphins. Jaguars. Lions. Texans. Titans. And falcons.
Judy Sittner raiders??
The same Dolphins that had a pefect season?
Video is partially outdated. Toronto and Washington both now have championships. Otherwise, good vid.
Cincinnati. This city hasn’t had a playoff advancement in 55 seasons. The 2 pro teams have lost 13 consecutive playoff game/ series. That is how we measure success in America, playoff wins. Playoff wins, not appearances.
Championship wins too
Hopefully a Minnesota team can win something in the future
Adyan The Boss Wolves Future looking bright!
@@joeyhernandez7908 looking ok. Not great 5 years later
We’re still the worst sports city in America hands down. 5 years later and still miserable if not worse.
ATLANTA????
Didn't the chargers lose to San Francisco in the super bowl
Westin Jordan isn't San Francisco going 15-1 this Season?
Obi Midget I'm asking because he said they never made it. Also my little picture clearly shows im a Houston Texans fan.
he meant with L.T Rivers and Gates on the same team, they did go to one Superbowl and they lost 49to 26 against San Fransisco
in 1994
Jordan yes
I live in SD but I agree it's hard being a Charger and Padre fan! 😭
Which are the best backup quarterback is the NFL right now? Please make a video of this
Vikings aren't that bad though
Isaiah Towers they have only been good like 10 seasons ever. The Vikings are terrible
Judy Sittner
Isaiah Towers super bowl machine 🅱️roke
At 4:34 - Why do you have a picture of Braves owner Ted Turner celebrating Atlanta's only WS championship when talking about the Cincinnati Reds?
I live in Atlanta and how in the world is it not number 1?
I have been asking for this video quite long could you please make a video about the top 10 athletes in us sports from outside the US
Something tells me that you'll be in trouble
Dude, I'm not mad that you put Charlotte on the list, but you got a few things wrong about the Panthers.
1) They entered the NFL in 1995, NOT 2005.
2) Yes they've lost the Super Bowl TWICE, but only one of those defeats was "crushing" (SB 50). Their loss in SB 38 was by a last second field goal (32-29).
Other than that, cool vid!
Honorable Mentions: Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix, & Jacksonville
How is Phoenix/Arizona not on this list.
Philadelphia, Seattle, Phoenix and Atlanta
What about Baltimore? The Orioles have 35 year World Series drought, a mere 5 playoff births during that time. The Ravens have been struggling lately and haven't been to the playoffs since 2014.
I think Denver should definitely be on this list. The Broncos sure did win two Super Bowls but were the first team in NFL history to lose five. The Rockies came close to winning the World Series twice but failed against the Phillies and the Red Sox. I think Salt Lake City in Utah should be on this list. They've got the Utah Jazz who were on the verge of an NBA title but failed twice against Michael Jordan's Bulls. I think Seattle should definitely be on this list. The Seattle Mariners actually TIED THE 1906 CUBS for the best team in major league history with 116 wins but failed miserably against the Yankees who then went on to the World Series. The SuperSonics are no more; they are now the Memphis Grizzlies. I think Arlington in Texas should be on this list. The Texas Rangers are based there and so are the Cowboys. Why the hell did the Cowboys move to Arlington? They should still be in Irving a suburb of Dallas. The Cowboys haven't been to the Super Bowl since their move to Arlington. Jerry Jones just made an ass in himself. He's just about as inept as an owner of an NFL franchise as Virginia McCaskey. Sure, he's just as flamboyant as the Patriots' Robert Kraft, but Robert Kraft is the sure winner because of his skills and his gentleman nature. Finally, I believe that Philadelphia should be on this list. Sure, the Eagles did win their first Super Bowl, but many years of futility in between hits the mark. The Flyers haven't won in anything when it comes to hockey. The Phillies did win two World Series and did come close to winning a third, but many years of failure as a team in baseball including the first-ever franchise in the history of professional sports to record 10,000 losses and have more 100-loss seasons than any other franchise hits the heights.
How ?
Does the state of Arizona count? Phoenix Suns, Arizona Coyotes, Arizona Cardinals. (The diamondbacks are actually good)
What about Phoenix? Cards have 1 Super Bowl appearance in AZ. Suns have two Finals appearances but no wins. Yotes have only two series wins. D-Backs are the only ones that have one anything, and that's one World Series title
@JVZ after making #8 on the New York Times list, I have to agree
Why isn’t Phoenix on this list?
Do top 10 NFL hidden gems. Basically the top 10 best players on terrible teams
Apart from the Leafs, I think Blue Jays b2b in '92 and '93, TFC going to 3 finals and winning in '17 and then the Raptors in '19 is pretty decent. I can name so many cities that have it much worse.
I thought Phoenix would for sure be on here, only 1 championship ever in the state.
I'm surprised that Cincinnati, Detroit, New Orleans, Oakland, Phoenix, Denver, Montreal and Quebec City didn't make the list. By the way, the Milwaukee Bucks are the current 2021 NBA World Champions.
hey total pro sports thank you so much for making these vids i gave you a bounch of suggestions so if you can use them and if you like them just say so ill leve more in the comments
Cleveland just won a ring... and their MLB team was in a WS.
Talk to Phoenix, or even a Minneapolis about how they feel about their sports right NOW...
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Minneapolis is in Minnesota, I think that they should be higher, and I believe that Arizona has a good case for this list, just don't know how they went from 8 on the New York Times list to off this one. Someone here should've realized that Cleveland wanted to spit in God's face for a long time
The funniest part about the Nashville predators is the fact they had to have headphones to explain hockey while the game was playing when the first were created
How is Arizona or Phoenix not here?
How the heck do you forget to put Atlanta on the list. I live there and it is depressing.
How is Atlanta not on this list???🤔
Honorable mentions: Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Phoenix.
Oakland California, since the A’s never won the World Series since 1989, the Raiders never won the Super Bowl since 1983 (in Los Angeles), and the Golden State Warriors have won 3 NBA Championships in 4 year span.
The picture of the Milwaukee skyline that you showed was actually Denver's
Do a top 10 craziest suits on Craig Sager or just a top 10 interviews with him for tribute.
make your next video about 10 NFL teams that did horrible this year but might turn it around next year
Please do a video of top 10 forgotten NFL teams
As a fan from Massachusetts and therefore have the Boston teams my favorite I humbly wish the best of luck to all these cities and are pushing for you to make the playoffs this year. See you guys then. ; )
As an Arizona fan, and resident, I was surprised that Phoenix wasn't on here. The Cardinals are the second losingest team in the NFL, and have one SB appearance. The D-Backs won one in 2002. The Suns have made it twice, but not since the mid-90's, and always lose now.
Oh, and the Coyotes are the Coyotes. I still love my teams though. Through the droughts, I will stand strong.
Zach Turner that means the Phoenix should have a rising city, trust me, they'll get one soon
Kevin Black Let's hope. Our best chance is the Cardinals get it done in 2017, but who knows.
What about best sports teams on any level, college, professional in each state?
I'm from MN and I can relate
Top 10 happiest sports cities (not sure if Vegas would make it, but I'd imagine for now they're excited as they're getting a NHL franchise and inches away from an NFL team as well. Though who knows if the 2nd attempt at desert hockey will be any more favorable)
I like being a falcons and jags fan. Mostly because once we win a super bowl it’s gonna be amazing.
Smh Phoenix so bad they don’t even get on the list
I'm kind of shocked Phoenix isn't on here. Only 1 championship across 4 major sports. The Suns have been around since the 60's, the Cardinals since the 80's. I don't even know how many playoff series the Coyotes have won, but I have a feeling I could count them on one hand. The Diamondbacks won the world series in 2001 and haven't done shit since.
10 current NBA players who will be in the hall of fame when they retire
How did the Bills get to and lose 4 straight Super Bowls in the 1990s? They were a really good team with 5 Hall of Fame players and a Hall of Fame coach; the Giants had a really good game plan and the whim of fate, they lost to better teams in Washington and Dallas and in the 4th SB, they were out of gas.
Sadly as a Caps and Nats fan, I have to agree with you putting DC on the list.
Top 10 reasons Chicago is the best in sports (championships and just being good in general)
Think about it, its the Bulls who are a playoff team every year (forget about last year), The Chicago Cubs WSC, The Bears they appeared in super bowl 41 and in the 2010 NFC champion ship plus we had Devin Hester and Brian Urlacher 2 future HOF> We also have the Chicago White sox who won the WS in 2005 and we have the Blackhawks, a power house hockey team with plans to win every year. Maybe Also 10 reason why Chicago teams are fun to watch.
Chicago is a dump, and it's teams are laughable. Jordan was a champion. Outside of that, the Bears, White Sox, and Cubs have 3 championships in the last million years.
at the beginning of the vid, i got an ad and it counted down and instead of saying "skip ad", it said "Video Will Play After Ad" rip
Do a top ten athletes who would be terrible on different teams.
you forgot phoenix. We have one World Series win, and that is it. The Suns and Cardinals havent won a championship. At least our Arena football and WNBA teams are good
I'm surprised Kansas City wasn't on this.
Sure, Sporting KC has seen some success in the US Open Cup, but like the Chiefs, they consistently disappoint in the playoffs, while the Royals are extremely inconsistent as well.
How in the world did Philly NOT make this list?
Tampa Bay, Phoenix??? Philly for 2010-15. As of this year probably Cincinnati number 1
