Hi there. Over the summer I developed a random onset of panic attacks. I didn’t know that anxiety could manifest in such a way, or that what I was experiencing was caused by anxiety. I went to hospital after hospital only to be told time and time again “no, you are not having a heart attack. No, nothing is wrong with you.” And having to leave panicked, in distress, with fears of dying. Swearing that there was something more wrong with me than just “anxiety.” After a couple of months, I began to abandon all hope. I couldn’t drive myself anywhere, couldn’t be alone, couldn’t use the bathroom by myself, and was so scared of dying in my sleep that someone had to sit with me and stay awake until I fell asleep. It began to seem useless. Like, what kind of life do I want to live if it has to be like this? I was (and still am) a full time college student at the time and the humility I faced by having to have someone drive me to my classes because I couldn’t do it on my own was immense. I did it though. But lo and behold, after 9 months of suffering, I have come to realize it was only the anxiety. The hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal or struggle with because my anxiety isn’t just a simple sweaty hand hold in a crowded area or a nervousness to face people, like I read online from other anxiety sufferers. My symptoms just didn’t fit the bill. I wasn’t nauseated, I didn’t feel anxious facing others, I was just fine giving a presentation to the class. No. I was scared that I was dying, my heart felt like it was twitching constantly, my legs would feel weak, I would feel weak, I would feel dizzy, I couldn’t swallow sometimes, I felt like I couldn’t breathe or that my breathing was restricted. I would get a stomach ache and immediately be convinced I was dying. And where did this all come from? I had never had any mental health struggles or anything similar to this. Suddenly I was experiencing panic attacks every few hours. It was quite hard to adjust when you go from completely normal to fearing death every day and not being able to do anything about it. But now, it’s getting easier. With the help of meditation, music like this, and talk therapy, I have began to understand my anxiety. I am accepting that a panic attack is just that; a panic attack. Not a heart attack, stroke, cancer, or death sentence. Your brain can be scary and cause physical symptoms when it’s in distress. And for anyone out there reading this, and suffering from anxiety and not knowing because you feel like your symptoms don’t fit, then I hope this offers a little bit of comfort to you. I know I had no idea what was happening to me, and it was the scariest thing I’ve ever dealt with. I hope this sheds some light on this issue, that is often overlooked. As of tonight, I am nearly 1 month without a panic attack, and 3 months away from my first college degree. Small victory to most, but a huge step of progress for me.

Connect to your heart's energy:
Begin by sitting in a comfortable position. Sit up tall with the spine straight, the shoulders relaxed and the chest open. Inhale the palms together and lightly press the knuckles of the thumbs into the sternum at heart level.
Soften your gaze or lightly close the eyes.
For just this moment, let go of your thoughts and the outside world. Let go of any distractions and let the mind focus on feeling the breath move in and out of your body.
Now rub your palms together, making them warm and energized. Put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Close your eyes and feel the center of your chest- warm and radiant, full of energy. Notice how comforting that feels.
Draw your attention to your spiritual heart center in the middle of your chest. Notice a green light begin to appear. Allow this light to grow brighter with each breath you take.
Resting your attention onto the light, continue to breathe and sense your breath flowing into your heart. Visualize the hearts energy and light you see permeating through the chest. See this energy as it radiates out from the center of your heart into the rest of your body. Feel this energy flowing out into the arms and hands, and flowing back into the heart. Know that you are safe and you are okay.
As you breathe, use the mantra - “I love myself and I forgive myself, I am as I am meant to be.”
Allow your heart to continue to open and radiate love and positive energy. Allow all the Universe has to offer to come in so you can feel all the love that surrounds you.
After you feel completely soaked with heart chakra energy, gently release the palms by your side.
On your next inhale, bring the arms up towards the sky, connecting with the heavens, then exhale and lower the palms lightly to the floor, connecting with the earth. Take a moment or two before opening your eyes & moving on with the rest of your day.

A healthy heart is essential for living.
Just as selfless intent is essential for giving.
Understand friends, there are deceptions that act as land mines throughout our observing conscious here. There are pitfalls down many roads of awareness. Fear not these deceptions and traps. And fear not the steps you take in this beautiful perspective in which you gaze and observe all around you. Fear not falling into the pitfalls, for the road of love has none. And the road of love has many other roads which run along and intersect, more so a trail system leading us through out a beautiful landscape. Where each trail we seek is to see that beauty in a different way, and to always be curious as to what lies further in this roadway of love. The deceptions, in which you should not fear, only are present within their own unhealthy and dangerous roadway system. Mocking the beauty of love by masking itself as good, when it is truly seeking control of what paths you walk. Pulling you into it’s unhealthy and dangerous landscapes. As I said, a healthy heart is essential for living just as a selfless intent is essential for giving...if there is one pretending to be good then they are not selfless, therefor they are not giving, and so they would be like a unhealthy heart to live with. Constant maintenance to just stay alive. Again, fear not friends, for I only simply advise stay away from the unhealthy paths that do exist, and that are made to be unhealthy. To stay away you simply just need a good thought and intent upon life. If you wish to have a healthy heart surly you wish to have a healthy conscious to compliment that beauty. And that right there are paths of love to start walking down immediately. Thinking and seeking healthy conscious thought. They lead you to the infinite network of loving paths and beautiful things to see and experience.
I over heard a dear friend say “mankind is greedy, and is only getting worse”. I felt his frustrations. I wanted him to understand why it seemed to be this way to him tho. I said first you must not generalize mankind in such a way, that is just one of the planted deceptions, those pitfalls I mention. They allow you to understand the idea of seeing the bigger picture but they neglect to teach you the intimate details that make it all. So if you think mankind is doomed then you are sorely tricked by their deceptions, you have fallen into a pitfall of conscious, walking those unsafe roads. It’s whole network is designed to make you lost and to always watch your step, keeping your eyes off the beauty that could be seen around you if you just looked up to see it’s there too. And so I told my friend that when he says mankind I only see an inversion of something else. Mankind is suppose to represent all individuals here. Supposedly billions of us. So when we generalize mankind we accept limiting our thought towards all those around us. We see a few bad apples on the ground and neglect to see the ripe orchard which out numbers the rotted neglected apples. So instead of saying mankind is something let’s understand that deceptions are always hidden in plain site, which is to say they have to be that obvious of mocking the nature around them. And so it is not mankind that is suffering instead it is the kindman that is. Inversions and coded imagery.
Again fear not friends, for it takes awareness to create deceptions but it takes more awareness to not be bothered by their tricks, and to be in the roadway of love, a place in which deceptions can not manifest...so if you stay in the path of love, whatever road that may be, whatever landscape you may be observing, if it is of love, then it is safe truly. The only way out of the loving roadway is being tempted or swayed to go down an unseen road to your intent and thought here...so yes trust is important with love and so it is not dooming to trust a deception..there are always connecting paths to the loving roads even if you’re walking down a dangerous one...it takes awareness to navigate this life. There is no lie there. We know we learn as we grow. We also should know we continue to grow in the mind even as our body seems to be done growing. So we never reach a point of content intellect here. Mankind is kindman...where we are to grow in light of that kindness ALWAYS with no exceptions. If this was our collective intent we would hardly know the presence of cruelty towards one another, and I know this because I only live my life off love. I know every step I take there’s something beautiful to see. I wish to see as much as I can while I’m here. And throughout my journey here I’ve met very little cruelty. Blessed to be in such a loving family, and so my environment made seeing these paths easier than many others, but this is why I’m compelled to reach out a hand to those who didn’t have easy environments and were sort of born into the unhealthy roadway system. There is a healthy and kind path for every decision, and when we start living that intent of healthy decision for every moment, then you are walking those loving paths, and on your way to being deep within its infinite beautiful landscape...where I can assure you every step is safe. Every sight is worth appreciating. Every person is worth loving. And the kindness of man is not a governing force, but instead a trusted guide.

Whoever reads this, know that this testimony is true: I have suffered greatly through my life. With abuse when I was younger by multiple sources. I was beat plenty of times to the point where I'd fear my parent in question, bloody noses, tears and trauma for most of if not all of my youth. Although they are forgiven this is just what happened. For years I was broken but I knew at a young age about 3 that there was something very very wrong with this world. I saw the matrix and just didn't know it yet. School didn't interest me, the society didn't interest me. My birthday wishes when I was younger were for world peace. My heart was always with the lord. I was raised as a Christian and went to Church. I lived in a bad area, in a very dangerous city and have seen a lot of evil. I dealt with many trials and tribulations like hunger and starvation. And do to all that has happened. It strengthened me, even if I didn't know it and was falling apart then. I had protected myself from darkness with a cold personality, but my true nature was shown to my friends and those I loved. And most of the time am just trying to live happy and make others around me happy, hopeful, trying to spread love, light, and positivity. Trying to help them with their mental struggles, and the demons that tried to drag them down into the Pitts of hell. And when I was very young I remember very VERY vividly in a dream still to this day, sitting in the lap of Jesus in heaven when I wept for my grandmother at night cause I was in an abusive home. In my teen years, I was lost, and out of control, I was into witchcraft, not dark magic but just interested in the hidden and magical/occult in general. I was losing my mind embracing insanity, going through 8 years of depression, tortured by anxiety, and negative thoughts of things that don't matter. I was dealing with Psychosis, and panic attacks, and all sorts of other mental issues. This is all started before I even got into the being interested in the dark side of life cause that's all I wanted to find was the truth, even though it was all false truths. I was extremely manic at times, and even wanting to kill someone. I was so sad and hated myself for so long, its seemed like I gave so much yet was being tormented . I was bullied in school and started to hate humanity. For the pain I had was so great in constant emotional agony, I actually felt like cutting my arm and bleeding felt more pleasurable then the emotions I was always feeling. I felt death was my friend cause it would lead me to heaven cause I believed. I hoped for death at times. I became very dark, numb, and cold. Started smoking bud, drinking, pre marital sex, sinning, sinning, swearing, and sinning more unfortunately. That demon of the past was trying to get me. Even though I loved god and saw many great signs of his existence. I still wanted to know more so I got into wanting to lucid dream, astral project, meditate, sun gaze, mirror gaze and all sorts of spirituality practices, and I fell away from him. Nothing evil, I hope not anyway. Except for the tarot cards stuff and just general interest in the occult. That was bad, but I repented from those things, rebuked, and renounced them. I thought I was doing good for others casting things to help them but it usually only took from me. But then after awhile and feeling good from meditation, working out, eating healthy. I stopped. I fell into the deepest despair of insanity and questioned my everything I ever thought about. EVERYTHING and I was down for awhile. But then I was literally asking for help, pleading actually...to anyone that would listen. And my friend brought me back to the church. And at a certain night I begged god for a sign of his existence so I may stop doubting him. And that night I had a dream and at the end of the dream of some random kid on a bike being chased by a madman in a car. It went to a mountain and inside that mountain was crystal clear waters and in those waters I was with two others that I don't remember the faces of but a white horse that gave me an immense feeling of bliss and peace seemingly came to me from across the waters from the other side to me and seemingly smiled and the dream ended. When I woke up I was puzzled and asked my pastors and they believe as I that is was Jesus. And before this I kept seeing videos of hell pop up in my feed so I watched them and was trembling like I never had before. I was not walking with god as I should have been but was compelled after thinking of all the possibility that there is no shadow of a doubt that god is the lord Jesus Christ. I believe in his name as I always have and I am happy that he brought me back to him. I find it funny that my place of torment was called Bethel Road, I kid you not my youth was hell epitomized. He wanted me to fight with him. He made me strong and cold to this world for a reason, but the cold heart turned into a burning anger towards evil, a righteous heart and my wrath and his shall be poured onto those evil entities when fighting with the lord in the legendary battle of Armageddon. The world corrupted one of his angels, I was so pure when I was younger, and wanted to do nothing but help others and care for them. Yet my innocence was stripped from me as I realized the harsh realities of this painful world and I have seen angels and great wonders by the lord. Like having extremely excruciating migraines that do not go away. I asked for him to make it vanish, this was when I was a kid and was younger and un programmed, and he took them away. Well they TRIED to program me but I wasn't having any of it. I now have the wisdom by god to see that he brought me back in haste which is good cause I want to be with him. I detest this evil world. HEAR ME FOR MY MIDDLE NAME IS GABRIEL THAT THIS IS MY TESTIMONY OF MY EXPERIENCE IN LIFE AND WITH THE LORD! Through him my pains washed away, even though meditating helped a little. It would do nothing in the coming days so I am glad I put my faith 100% in Jesus Christ. If I was meditating and continuing with the new age practices I would be absolutely terrified, depressed, and absolutely in agony in the soul knowing the end is here. But I am happy, and happier every single day, through all my agony I have found paradise is Christ. Having a relationship with the one who created you. Our Lord and savior, and for those who read this and do not believe. DO YOU NOT SEE THE PROPHECY BEING FULFILLED BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES! ISRAEL AND ARAB PEACE DEAL WAS APART OF PROPHECY! Israel just split, god is real. (Israel=Is real) IT'S UNFOLDING BEFORE US, THE CHURCHES SHOULD BE TALKING MORE ABOUT REVELATIONS BUT NOT AVOIDING IT. THAT IS FOOLISH! You don't want to be here for the coming Judgement, so accept Jesus now for I feel it in my spirit, in my VERY SOUL he is coming for his believers soon. Like almost now soon. I have this INNER KNOWING that he is indeed coming and at first I was scared to read revelations and hear of it but then I remember the rapture and Jesus's love for us. Don't let anybody strip you of his promises, his hope, if you are his and walk with him, and have a relationship with him, love him and be obedient to his grace. But unlike the devils gifts it won't cost you. Jesus's salvation is free. If you don't know him, and you reject him, your heart will shatter as his did when you rejected him. You don't want to hear "I never knew you, depart from me! But Jesus has a big heart, full of love and joy and heals the broken hearted and those who never was shown love. His mercy is an ever flowing ocean. I continue to pray everyday, speak to him, and read his word and I am comforted everyday. So we should end our preaching of revelations with the hope of the rapture so its not all doom and gloom, PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE IS THE TRUTH! We are the bride of Christ; the church. JESUS WOULDN'T BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF HIS BRIDE, which is what the tribulation is. Believe NOW and subscribe to God before its too late! REPENT FOR THE TIME OF HIS GATHERING OF THE CHURCH IS NEAR! BE RIGHTEOUS AND READ HIS WORD! Love and blessings to all of those who read this. It is by the glory of god I didn't take my life. I thank the lord for everything, and in Jesus name bless anyone who reads this and help them see your presence lord and let them feel the holy spirit and be called to come to you Lord. In the holy name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I give you this testimony. I been through it all and yet the way I was lead back to was god. It was meant to be. This coming back to Christ was just recent too, THE TIMING IS NOTHING SHORT OF DIVINE! Accept the lord Jesus Christ as your savior now, confess out of your mouth that he is lord and that he rose on the third day. He suffered on the cross for our sins,so we may not perish but have beautifully flowing everlasting life. Repent and turn away from your sins, change your mind from the sinful nature and walk with god, speak to god, have a relationship with Christ and his word will guide you. And pray that you may be counted worthy to escape the coming devastation. Our holy father will save us, you must believe this. Let no one try to take away this promise of his, we have been faithful. We are not appointed to his wrath, we rapture. Love Jesus, because he sure does love you to give his only begotten son to pay for the penalty of our sins. Ask him for forgiveness, accept you need Jesus. REPENT! HE IS SMILING UPON HIS BELIEVERS! If you accept Jesus's free gift of salvation you are redeemed. How to accept? "I believe in the father son and the holy spirit. I believe deep in my heart that Jesus is the son of god and that he died and suffered on the cross for our sins.
