My boyfriend is in the next room in excruciating pain from pneumonia complications. He's been screaming bloody murder from the pain all day and I felt so helpless to help him. I put this on in the next room without saying anything and 10 minutes later he told me his pain was finally subsiding. He's now lying peacefully in bed. Abuse blocks this chakra. During a reiki session I burst into tears during solar plexus cleansing, after so many years of narcissistic abuse (spiritual, emotional and psychological combination) it had got blocked up. I hope this info helps others. Deep healing work now beginning in this area ❤
I so relate to this. My confidence was horribly affected by narc abuse. It's insane what people put each other through, but I can't suffer forever. I need to move on.

"Come together as one conciousness," implies the merger of an individual's conciousness with a greater whole, thus changing it from its original form in such a way that it can no longer be considered an individual. Note that this is subtly different conceptually from multiple minds working together towards a unified goal while remaining distinctly separate. It's all wishy-washy vagueness, so it doesn't really matter either way how it's interpreted, but that's just my take on it.

I literally felt the vibrations from the "bass" in my stomach and belly. As I kept on listening and breathing, I started following the yellow light I was watching with my eyes closed. It moved upper, so my head moved and my "gaze" moved as well from down to UP! It was simply amazing ! I feel better, I was feeling unbalanced! THANK YOU!
I was doing a guided meditation prior to this one and not realizing that video ended and this one began I sensed my solar plexus activating, tingling, getting purified, even though the previous meditation was completely unrelated. Felt like all the proof of this working I could've asked for.
This was so relaxing so I kept listening to it then I got so emotional like the things that have been blocking my energy in this space/chakra was coming to light. I am so grateful. This is one of a few healing compositions that I can listen when falling asleep. Guys, my mom has schizophrenia in an early stage and various other psychological illnesses and I seem to have inherited some of it with the blood of my mother, so it represents itself in a way that I see some quite disgusting faces sometimes when they are not there and I just have to remember that it is inherited from my mom and separate these things. And this type of music helps so much, so thank you very much for that 🙏🏻

My boyfriend is in the next room in excruciating pain from pneumonia complications. He's been screaming bloody murder from the pain all day and I felt so helpless to help him. I put this on in the next room without saying anything and 10 minutes later he told me his pain was finally subsiding. He's now lying peacefully in bed. Abuse blocks this chakra. During a reiki session I burst into tears during solar plexus cleansing, after so many years of narcissistic abuse (spiritual, emotional and psychological combination) it had got blocked up. I hope this info helps others. Deep healing work now beginning in this area ❤

"Come together as one conciousness," implies the merger of an individual's conciousness with a greater whole, thus changing it from its original form in such a way that it can no longer be considered an individual. Note that this is subtly different conceptually from multiple minds working together towards a unified goal while remaining distinctly separate.
It's all wishy-washy vagueness, so it doesn't really matter either way how it's interpreted, but that's just my take on it.

This music raises vibrations. It is wonderful.
I literally felt the vibrations from the "bass" in my stomach and belly. As I kept on listening and breathing, I started following the yellow light I was watching with my eyes closed. It moved upper, so my head moved and my "gaze" moved as well from down to UP! It was simply amazing ! I feel better, I was feeling unbalanced! THANK YOU!
I also feel the vibrations in my upper stomach - often so much it’s like wearing a corset that gets tighter and tighter.
I was doing a guided meditation prior to this one and not realizing that video ended and this one began I sensed my solar plexus activating, tingling, getting purified, even though the previous meditation was completely unrelated. Felt like all the proof of this working I could've asked for.

I had this crazy dream that I was fighting with myself. Then she grew bigger than me and showed me a gigantic black wolf that was running through the world. He was devouring all the people that were afraid. We began to run beside him. She said his name is Surrender. We stopped running, and she gave me a newspaper to read. It was about the world. It was almost impossible to read. But it was full of the Wolf’s name. And the front page was 3 people doing laundry together. The story was theirs. They were what was left of the world. Guys, my mom has schizophrenia in an early stage and various other psychological illnesses and I seem to have inherited some of it with the blood of my mother, so it represents itself in a way that I see some quite disgusting faces sometimes when they are not there and I just have to remember that it is inherited from my mom and separate these things. And this type of music helps so much, so thank you very much for that 🙏🏻
