Hummingbird Pair

I have never seen such a relaxed hummingbird at the window feeder. This female was all fluffed up and seemed to drift into intermittent naps, but was not feeding at all. After recording her for five minutes, I stopped briefly to adjust the exposure. When I restarted recording, she went back to her normal unfluffed self and I assumed she was about to take flight. Instead, it was in response to something she heard that I did not. The fluttering wings of the approaching male. It was a total surprise to me. Watch the few seconds of the "flurry of activity" at the end of this clip, before my tracking autofocus censors kicked in! This has to be rare footage!!
