  • A new California senate bill will directly impact people who are enrolling a real estate pre-licensing program. See if your school is in accordance with the new bill!
    🏘️🏫📚 Enroll in our California real estate pre-licensing course: www.carealtytraining.com/lice...
    SB 1495 requires California real estate schools to update their Practice course to include:
    1. A component on implicit bias.
    2. A component on federal and state fair housing laws.
    If your school DOES NOT have these updates, then you will not qualify to take the real estate state exam.
    Our pre-licensing program has all of these components and more! We pride ourselves on having the most up-to-date, accurate, and supportive real estate license program in the state!

    I finished my course before pandemic hits at Canon drive here in BH Ca. I didn’t took my exam yet. Can I still take it? And where should I take it? Also I need to review first.

      Your certificates should still be good in California. You can apply for the exam online at this link: www.dre.ca.gov/examinees/applysalesperson.html
      I also recommend getting our exam prep package to help you study. It comes with practice exams, vocab flashcards, a study guide, and more! Here's the link to that: www.carealtytraining.com/licensing/exam-prep-crash-course

      @@USRealtyTraining I just checked my account and still I can access but i only finished up to 9 part the one with certification i did not took that questionaire which was not a good idea because for some reason my access is not available to continue to get my certificate and I believed there were 3 certificates that I should get. before even taking my prep examination or taking the exam for real estate agent. Is there anyway I could maybe talk to anyone or I should take it again the whole class?

    Do you have any idea why the Dept of Real Estate is taking soooo long to contact regarding test dates? I've tried calling them and have been on hold for an hour. I know they cashed my check back in March but haven't heard from them since. The website said thay they were processing April applications. I'm frustrated that no one there is able to help.

    • @USRealtyTraining

      I hear you! Definitely frustrating to not hear back from the DRE. The good news is the processed payment is proof that they are reviewing your application. We've heard the DRE is currently behind the on reviewing applications. But also it could be because they are waiting for your Live Scan results from the DOJ. Hang in there and use this time to study study study! Good luck!

    I finish my college courses mid December of this year. However I don’t quite think I’ll be ready to sit my for licensing exam (I need time to review everything)… does this mean I’m going to have to retake every single required class AGAIN?! 😅😭

    • @USRealtyTraining
      @USRealtyTraining  9 месяцев назад

      There is a possibility that your college courses might still meet the requirements. I would contact the DRE to double check that they will still qualify you for the exam. Otherwise, I would recommend applying for the exam as soon as you finish your courses. You can get approved for the exam and decide when you want to take the exam.

    Hey question I passed my exam applied for the combo license and exam but it says missing info get a letter in 5 to 7 days called dept dre they said its in review.. what exactly does that mean? Does everyone have to wait after passing no matter what?

    • @USRealtyTraining
      @USRealtyTraining  Год назад

      The letter should tell you what information was missing so you can provide it to the DRE. When the letter arrives, give it a look over to see which documents are missing. If you have any questions feel free to drop another comment here or give one of our student advisors a call at (888) 317-8740. They'll help you even if you didn't take our program! Good luck and hope it goes well.

      Good question. So long as you submit your application for the exam this year, you're in the clear. We dive deeper into specific scenarios, like this, in this video here: ruclips.net/video/lBaFc31YGhI/видео.html

      Had another question, what if the registration date for my certificate says may 2022( more than a year ago ) and I’m applying for the state exam right now, am I still eligible since it has to be within a year? Or what are my options?

    • @USRealtyTraining
      @USRealtyTraining  Год назад

      @@a14_herrera60 Yes! You would still be eligible. We recommend submitting your application TODAY to make sure that it's all taken care of. You don't have to take your exam this year, you just have to submit your application. Hope this helps.
